“During our stay in Room 1606, we experienced a serious issue that significantly affected the quality of our stay. Of the two bedrooms in the suite, the bedroom closest to the entrance had an air vent located directly above the bed. The constant noise from the vent was loud throughout the day. Even more concerning, however, was that at night we could hear conversations from the neighboring room through the vent with remarkable clarity. We were able to hear their voices almost word for word, which……

“Unfortunately, I don’t feel our stay at the Omni offered the value we expected for the price. We were traveling with a toddler and newborn, so I specifically mentioned needing stroller access at check-in. We were directed to unload at an entrance with stairs and weren’t told bell services could unload our vehicle and bring everything to the room and we only learned that later. We also didn’t receive the children’s welcome bag our friends received or the complimentary arrival beverage that was……
