At the time of entry at hotel, manager said how u book the room, how can be u get confirmation of booking while booking on same day. There is no vacant room how can u get. Sit at reception room we check what will happen there is no surity to accommodate u, telling lots of if and but..... Then finally he wants to settle at his hotels store room after clearing all stuffs, TV was disconnected and no wifi as per hotels.com showing, finally passed the the time nothing is enjoyable but anyhow pass the time. Simply irritating experience!!! Poor hotel amnesties...
