Location and facility are terrific. I will stay there again. The staff lacks a customer focus. My first day there I was working in my room, on back to back conference calls. In a one hour period a contractor entered my room 4 times to replace the lock. I had to interrupt my call to tell him "not now" each time. He then had the front desk ring the house phone repeatedly until I again told them "not now".
Next morning I went down to get coffee. The person at the desk watched me fill my cup. As I put the lid on some splashed on my hand. It was ice cold. At that point the person at the desk told me "that's yesterday's coffee". Really? You wait until I pour it to tell me that?
