"Lovely place but dreadful if you need to communicate while on vacation. We found some very dirty kitchen items and many broken this & that's. Kitchen lamp not working, bedside light buzzing all night, showers need descaling as do not work properly. Etc ..... could do with a proper check over and upgrade. Also, please don't say you have wifi in here on your advert .... it is intermittent at best so be honest and your customers may not feel cheated into choice as we do ....."

There is another property adjoining this one. The provision of a swimming pool enhanced this property greatly. Although we only met the host, Helen, twice she was most pleasant and helpful. Would certainly recommend this accommodation if one is looking for peace and solitude and yet it is only about 5 miles from Romsey."

Made the mistake of booking a ground floor room, was lovely having access to the gardens with patio doors but not so much being kept awake by the people in the room above us... literally every conversation, footstep and bedroom gymnastics.
