"Beautiful property with gorgeous views of the river. I planned this trip last minute to surprise my dad and stepmom for a peaceful weekend getaway. The host was super responsive and accommodating. We loved that it was dog friendly and had a fully stocked kitchen since we planned to hang out at the house the entire stay. We thoroughly enjoyed sitting out back under the covered porch watching nature especially when the storms rolled in. Could not have asked for a better, well needed, unplugged weekend spending quality time together as a family. "

"This cabin was perfect. The views and quiet were wonderful. The cabin had everything (and more) you could need. Great communication with the owner. While the inside of the cabin was beautiful, my favorite was just sitting in the wrap around porch with swing and chairs. It was the perfect place for morning coffee or evening wine and the winds whistling through the trees. Great area for hiking. Hope I can return some day. "

"The cabin was exceptionally clean. The beds and furniture were very comfortable. The kitchen den area was set up nicely and we had plenty of room. We really enjoyed sitting on the front porch as well. I would recommend staying here if you are coming to Mountain View. You just far out enough from town for peace and quiet and close enough for eating places and shopping. "
