Dear Calvin,We are glad your stay was comfortable. The vanes on the heat unit are adjustable for additional comfort. When we talked several times on the phone before your stay, breakfast time was discussed and you had indicated that you would be on the road very early and would not be eating. When we saw your car in the lot when arriving for work, our staff thought it would be nice to see if you wanted to eat. You certainly could have called the number that you used to call previously to let us know and we could have worked something out. We hope you will come again.
