Nice Hotel in Hershey Pa

Location: Very close to the Giant Center and Hershey Park.
This was a very nice older hotel that was very close to the Giant Center. We enjoyed our stay in the clean facilities. Staff were accommodating to our later than planned arrival. We were very comfortable staying at this quaint hotel.

Hello, Thank you for your feedback. We certainly hope you didn't get locked out, however we do have safeguards in place to assist guests in the event this happens. At this time of the year, we are working with our seasonal office schedule. We certainly hope our information with after hours numbers was helpful in the event you had any needs after our office was closed. In the coming weeks we will begin more extended office hours until we reach the summer season, when our hours will be even more extensive. I left my room for approximately an hour to visit with friends in another room down the hall. When I tried to get back in the keys would not work. I called the number for the front desk and was told by the owner that he lived over an hour away. I informed him that everything I had was in that room including my blood pressure medication and my car keys. After almost 2 hours he finally told me that I could go back down to the lock box and get keys to another room but he would still be another hour and a half before he would get there. When he finally arrived at 1:30 in the morning he banged on the door and proceeded to throw a key in my hand and tell me to try it now. To which I did and it worked. He then told me to try the original keys and still they would not work. Finally he just gave me the new key and walked out. Very rude and disrespectful. Will not be staying there ever again.

Very reasonable price! Only downside was the wifi never worked and one bed had animal hair on it. Everything else was great! Close to great food (Dukes and Funks dinners have awesome food)!

The room was nice enough. Bathroom was clean. Couldn't get tv to work though.

A comfy and close place.

We come up to Hershey every year at Christmas time to see the Sweet lights and go to the park and have fun, and we stay at the Cocoa Country Inn at Hershey because it is close and it is a very nice place to stay as well as close to everything.
