Staffs are friendly and accommodating. Room is clean and quiet. Service is good. Expedia helped us to book into this one in place of Days-In that had bad service and substandard facilities

They had me check in and ran my credit card. When I got up to the room the TV didn’t work. I came down to the front desk to complain, and they told me they were aware that the TVs in the room didn’t work and that they would be happy to give me a refund, I had to spend another $400 and rent another hotel room while I waited for my credit to my debit card. Absolutely should’ve told me ahead of time there was no TV in the rooms who in the right mind would stay in the hotel for three days without a TV , I will never go back there again

Property is under major renovation. Construction materials clogging stairwells. TV broke the first day if five day stay and was not repaired or replaced. Hair dryer broke on first day and was replaced on fourth day. Rooms were clean and nice, but would not stay here again. Breakfast is abysmal.

Under major reconstruction. Front and one wing of hotel have major exterior work being done. Stairwells full of construction materials. Hair dryer and tv both broke and were not repaired or replaced during my multi-day stay. Not impressed.

Hotel under construction. No carts for my luggage. No hot breakfast. Hotel clerk was less than helpful. He stated he didn’t know where the carts were at and made no attempt to find one for me to use.

The hotel is not fit for stay and should not be full price while under complete construction. No notice was given when booked that the place is a complete mess under construction. Breakfast is served in a bag. Room had no additional bedding for the pull out couch.

The hotel is currently currently undergoing renovations and I look forward to seeing the finished result. The hotel has its pros & cons as any hotel. My company stays here often and as always theres a few faces that stand out each time the from one of the housekeepers Lew to the front desk Carolyn, Giovanni & Maurice . Everyone has thier own postive and its a pleasure being greated by friendly faces.

The facility was dirty and needs updating. There were a group staying at the hotel that was very loud. We canceled our reservation and checked into another hotel.

Stayed for few weeks for work and was moved several times after first day of check in during work week. Didnt have hot water and smells of cigarettes, people smoking in fire escapes, went to get coffee before work and breakfast woman has a attitude everyday. To anyone and everyone. Indian man was the easiest and nicest to deal with. The hallways smell of body oder as soon as you get near the elevators. Hopefully their remoding helps. But not the worse place to have traveled too.

Motel from HELL
Absolutely horrible. I’m not one to complain but this was rather disappointing. We check in, go to our room on the first floor and that’s where it starts. The room was filthy, someone had been smoking in there. My wife begins to have a reaction to the smoke. I go to the desk and explain the situation, we booked a non smoking for a reason. The employee (Sam) was extremely rude. After going back and forth he put us on the 3rd floor in a new room… only to find out, it’s worse. People in the HALLWAY smoking, literally doing drugs and partying in the hallway. I get my wife and my newborn daughter and we got out of there. I called the police. Unacceptable to have children where drugs are. I once again told the worker at the desk (Sam) about this situation and all he said was “ok” and sat down.

I’m thinking this hotel may be under new management. Last year we didn’t have to stay in the basement because we had a pet and we’re over charged and had to straighten out our bill after we moved on starting our vacation.

Front desk staff are always present to help assist guest to the best of thier ability. Many things could be better: Breakfast, rooms, hallways, laundry areas, pests issues. Overall the individuals I continue to meet on my stays make me want to keep booking at this location.

Carolyn, Maurice & Giovanni are welcoming and always pleasant at the front desk. I stay at this location often for business. As any hotel theres room for improvement like room cleanliess and upkeep of the hotel however the hotel is currently in the middle of a renovation.

The gentleman who worked the front desk was incredibly friendly and helpful. We stayed the weekend for a hockey tournament and basically had to live out of the hotel for 3 days. He was able to provide us with great dining suggestions and always greeted us enthusiastically. The staff is the best part about this hotel!

The man at the check-in desk was not very personable. There was no greeting. He just asked for ID. That was it. Nothing else was said, except for sign here, initial here, and initial here. The room was okay. The traffic noise from I-83 was very loud and made it difficult to sleep. I will not return here.
