We have stayed here a few times in the past with no problems. Property is being renovated and the cleaning staff is having a hard time keeping up. Renovations could use a little more quality control. Over all not bad for the price.

Staff was friendly professional made you feel at home breakfast was wonderful the woman making the breakfast was extremely friendly again comfortable would recommend highly to anyone traveling Rome was clean and very well decorated beautiful room nice TV comfortable bed plenty of pillows you couldn't ask much more for what you were paying

The property was a little on the dated and uncleanly side. The sheets were not changed and we needed to request new sheets. Lights were broken and were unable to be repaired. The jets in the jacuzzi barely worked, it leaked, and the nozzle kept falling off. Breakfast was nothing special. We waited for waffle batter and other than that, not many options were available. The staff was very friendly!

What I enjoyed was the daily breakfast served. The staff was very friendly. What I didn’t like was that the pool was. It warm enough. I also found lime or mold around the rims of pool which I am allergic to. So obviously my skin reacted to it. I had troubles with vending machines but got resolved. I would definitely recommend this place.

Hotel is nice since it became BW. Room was all updated and clean. Breakfast was great. Can't beat the rates. This will now be our Grantville/casino hotel from now on.

The check-in was easy with a friendly and helpful desk clerk. The room was on the mountain side so was quiet and peaceful. In the morning we had an included hot breakfast (scrambled eggs, sausage, sausage gravy, waffles, pancakes, etc.) The location is near Route 81, Route 22, and Hollywood Casino/Race Track. The mattresses seem new and were very comfortable. The wifi was fast. We will stay here again.

Little Bit Noisy From Hwy
The stay overall was fine. I would suggest to anyone make sure you stay on the street side of the hotel. The noise from hwy 81 is insane. They really should invest in sound proof windows on that side. The water pressure wasn’t so great either. The beds are pretty standard so if you have a bad back well your out of luck. The rest was fine pretty much your standard hotel.

The good - the room itself was surprisingly large and spacious - like a small aparment. Nothing fancy but clean and the bed was comfortable. The bad - this hotel is right next to the highway and we were on the 2nd floor where the highway noise was very noticeable when we tried to sleep. We tried to ask for another room on the opposite side of the highway but they couldn’t accommodate. We only stayed 2 nights so It was tolerable enough with the use of brown noise found on youtube in order to fall asleep. The location was a very easy 15 minute ride to Hershey - so if you’re looking for something on the cheaper side and don’t mind highway noise then i would recommend.
