Clean facility and close to HersheyPark. Great sauna and swimming pool. The breakfast was also good, Sheetz gas station on front of property so can be some noise but convenient to gas up prior to continuing.

This is an older Country Inn & Suites but in reasonably good shape. Beds were on the softer side, normal wear and tear on the room for its age. Ok for one night, nice staff and decent coffee.

Our room was clean, towels were well stocked, and the beds were comfy. I love that they have "quiet hours", past experience at hotels prove that quiet hours can be a necessity. I know there were small children on our floor and the floor above us, but we never heard them. We weren't able to attend the breakfast, we got in late and weren't ready to eat before it closed. However I can tell you it smelled amazing! I would definitely stay again if I needed a room in close proximity to Hersheypark and Giant Center.

Very spacious room and comfortably fit our family of 5. The room was nicely decorated. We were able to use the pool which was good for the kids. The staff was ok. Not very friendly tho and none greeted us with a smile. I think that’s something the management can help their staff improve on.

This is a horrible hotel and frightening to say the least. We felt unsafe and the property was not sanitary. Customer service is awful. I went back down to let them know the fire alarm was beeping every 30 seconds. I waited 10 min and rang the service bell 4 times before someone came out to help.
