Close enough to Hershey Park

Found a strands of hair in one of the beds and it wasn't ours.Breakfast was good though

Average room for the price ($200/night)

Pros: Located close to Hershey Park.
Cons: Towels are very scratchy, breakfast could be improved or just eliminated.
We had reserved a king suite and were upgraded to a king suite with a whirlpool bath (not sure why, as we didn't ask). The room was OK but dated. The coffee maker in the room only included decaf coffee. By far the major drawback is breakfast. Both days we were there (Saturday/Sunday) the small room and staff dedicated to breakfast were overwhelmed and they were continually out of waffle batter, coffee, or eggs, etc. I think this hotel should just drop $10-20 off the price of the room and stop offering breakfast. They just aren't equipped to do it well.

No one greeted us when we passed through the lobby. The pool area was clean, however the pool had globs of hair in it. Additionally the pool room filled up with cigarette smoke and profanity, as the staff congregated outside the open window for their smoke break. The sheets on the fold out couch were dirty when we arrived and we waited for over an hour for clean ones.

In need of overhaul and hospitality training

While being checked in food was being ordered as well as playing around behind the counter. Killed 2 flies in my room. Sofa bed was broken. Mold on bedroom wall. No exhaust switch in bathroom. Stained carpet. Hotel ran out of towels and face cloths. Breakfast room seats about 30 guests while there is 80 to serve, impossible to keep up with the food. Uniforms are not worn and there is no sense of professionalism or hospitality.

Nice hotel if planning to go to Hersheypark

Pros: I liked how this hotel included a lot of things such as free parking, free breakfast, pool, and internet at a low price.
Cons: Cleaner towels and better air conditioning (one of the room's AC was broken)
Location: Hersheypark, Hershey World, outlets, many restaurants within 6 miles
Overall the hotel was very good. It included breakfast, had an indoor pool, and the rooms were clean. The hotel is located 15 minutes away from Hersheypark and Hershey World so it's perfect for a family with kids who are looking for a nice and affordable hotel!

Girl friends get away

The staff are the best! They went above and beyond the call of duty. And always with a smile. The room we had, a little out dated but clean and comfortable. The hotel is about 15 minutes from Hershey attractions and 5 minutes from Hollywood casino. Perfect location! Breakfast excellent, free cookies and coffee in lobby always a plus in my book.

Good for 1 night stay

Pros: Pool/hot tub Staff Breakfast
Cons: Room cleanliness or update some things Clean behind furniture!! The musty/muggy feeling in bottom floor rooms
Location: Near Hershey Park
The pool was great for the kids! The room was musty, muggy and felt damp even with the AC way up! The bathtub was stained on the bottom and felt dirty. The bed had only a sheet and the top blanket that we don't use, because it doesn't get washed typically. I am not picky and typically enjoy sleeping in a hotel. I was uncomfortable here!!

Never staying there again!

Cons: Better breakfast selection.
Location: Lots to do nearby enjoy the area.
Found here in our bed. Sheets had obviously not been changed. Also found hair in the shower.
