Very quiet motel for being on the first floor. The room had a leaking toilet which kept running to fill tank. Closed bathroom door which didn't help. When booked room off website said free breakfast which was not the case. Paid 3.75 for a 20 oz bottle of soda and had to use credit card or charge to my room. No cash transactions were allowed. Also went to use the hot tub and was out of service. I give the overall score for the stay 2 1/2-3 stars. Not a bad place just out of the way and hard to get too because GPS tries to send you down a road that has been removed.

David: Thank you for your review and comments. We have checked all websites that list our property. None mention a free breakfast. We are sorry for your confusion. The model for Courtyards is breakfast is pay as you go. We do however also apologize for the hot tub. It has taken us months to find the correct part and it is being installed today (Feb 5th). Thank you.

Best Hotel I've Ever Stayed At
High-quality rooms and a Starbucks downstairs... no vegan food, so I had to Doordash and the elevator's making weird ripping noises that's kind of concerning, but, assuming that's perfectly safe.... best hotel I've ever stayed at.

Changed to a room with only 1 bed
I booked a room with two beds, one a pull-out so that two non-related adults could sleep, and one needing a wheelchair. They had to change our room to a non-wheelchair tub which was fine, but they also changed our room to have only one bed. Which meant I had to sleep on the floor since the couch was too small for me at 6foot 3inches tall. They had no other rooms, and no cots and could not cancel our room.

Our room was involved in a fire the night before. We were not contacted till 3 in the afternoon, at the time driving from Boston to Harrisburg. Hard to acknowledge a text at 65 MPH. Arrived a couple hours later to find we were transferred to another hotel 20 miles away. UNACCEPTABLE. Especially when we were due at an event one hour after we arrived. Where's the communication here? Could have texted hours earlier or even the previous night.

I enjoyed myself at this hotel and the staff, I received a warm greeting upon arrival and every time i interacted with them. I didn't have a phone in my room and there was a fire the night before and I was not made aware of this . but the staff did everything possible to make everything comfortable. The Cook and Bartenders made me and my family feel extra special and stayed longer each night to serve us.

It appears to be a decent place when you first arrive, nice little eating area/bar...upon entering the actual room, it smelt like cat pee so bad we couldn't wait to get home a shower!!! My husband went to go get a cup of coffee that morning, card only no cash (this is sad)! The coffee pot in the room was missing the filter holder. Overall it was a place to sleep a few hours. Would not stay there again!
