Our room was clean and the lobby and dining area were clean. There was a dead bug on the windowsill but none in the room that were alive. Breakfast had a lot of choices that didn't taste that bad. Lots of tables for eating. The shower did not have enough water pressure and barely got hot hot water out of it. Two guests should have 4 bath towels. Only had three. Should have a hook for towels outside of shower curtain area. Door hook was way too high should put some on the walls outside the shower curtain. Did not have enough plugs in the room. Front desk was nice. Miseno restaurant was convenient with good food located in Carlisle.

The property is undergoing renovations which are needed but they are incomplete and inconvenient for a stay. The bathroom body wash was empty. There were unpleasant smells. There was an expensive and unexpected pet fee added to the price. The grounds are really nice and the staff is really nice.

My family and I enjoyed everything about our stay here. The rooms were clean and quiet. The toiletries provided were great, like the shampoo/conditioner/body wash as well as a makeup remover wipe, to name a couple. The continental breakfast had an impressive selection of foods that my whole family could appreciate. We would happily choose this hotel again!

Super Clean convenient location in Carlisle!
Nice clean hotel right off the interstate. Pool was warm and clean. Good selection for breakfast. You could slightly hear the traffic from the highway late at night, so I’m guessing hotels closer to the interstate were much more noisy. Staff very friendly!

I stayed in room 501. Water was barely lukewarm in the shower. That's not good when paying $140 and also for a Marriott property where you're supposed to expect quality. The hotel may need to check problems with hot water heater potentially not efficiently reaching the top floor.

First time staying here and will stay again. The staff is very nice and answered all my questions with enthusiasm. I am traveling with my dog and there is a lot of open area for him to roam. I also asked if we could get a room where we would have a lot of foot traffic and the woman at the desk was very accommodating.

Really great staff, free coffee anytime, breakfast was nice too. The room was clean and had everything I needed. It was a great experience. My only critique is minor- better screens for the window. This agricultural area of Carlisle has a lot of bugs. Big ones. If you open the window for some fresh air, those big bugs go right around the screen gaps and end up inside. Need better fitting screens and to vacuum the dead bugs in the window sils.

Easy accessibility to downtown Carlisle, as well as to I-81 North and South. Upon taking a shower, I noticed a bath towel hanging on the back of the door. I questioned my husband if he had used. He had not, therefore, it was left behind by the previous guest. Easy oversight, but I point it out to be included as a checklist going forward. Another issue was that the fitted sheet was too small for the King bed. It keep pulling back through the night exposing us to the surface of the mattress cover. This was more of an issue for me as I found it unsanitary. I didn't complain or report to the front desk, but I was only there for one night.

Our property is completely non-smoking; with this being said, we do have guests who violate that policy from time to time. In that instance, we have specific guidelines to follow to ensure the room is completely rid of the smell prior to selling it to another guest. It was neat and cleaned updated. The breakfast was a little sparse compared to the Hilton express in Orangeburg SC

I dind’t like it because the cleaning and services is terrible the room where I stayed,the shower was covered and I reported it and they didn’t do anything or find me another room.when I went to the bathroom the cleaners left dirty towels behind the door.I mean they don’t do a good cleaning, in the pool zone there was pooled water in a corner with mimes and the two days I was there the y never removed the dirty towels, personally I didn’t like it at all apart from one of the beds were stained with blood.

Dear Sandra, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I sincerely apologize that you feel your stay with us was not satisfactory. The experience you’ve described to us is not the experience we strive to provide our guests, nor an example of the typical guest experience at our hotel. When you contacted our front desk in regards to the toilet not flushing and the tub not draining, they immediately came to your room and unclogged the toilet and found a bathtub that was empty of water/draining properly. Because you continued to express that you felt your room was unsatisfactory, my front desk agent offered to transfer you to another room, however this offer was declined. Later that night, our front desk was contacted again due to blood being on the sheets. Inspection of the sheets showed fresh blood on the corner of the fitted sheet and mattress pad. This room had not been entered since I last inspected it days prior, after witnessing the housekeeper change sheets on both of the beds. To be thorough, I’ve verified that the room had not been entered between the time I last inspected it and your party entering the room; had this blood been missed or left behind from the previous cleaning, it would not be fresh days later. I will continue to investigate the situation, thoroughly inspect all rooms, and enable my team to continue striving to provide exceptional guest experiences in the future. Again, my sincerest apologies if you feel your stay was unsatisfactory and I thank you for taking the time to share your feedback.

Everything was extremely clean and the room was spacious. The hotel is close to everything and the staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast is nice coffee day and night also helps.

First time there was NO HAIR in a tub/shower at a hotel! Shout out to the housekeeping staff. I have stayed in some high-end hotels and have always found a hair in the drain or tub but this bathroom was so clean that I took a lovely bath. Room looked exactly like pictures, felt safe and like cleanliness was a too priority.
