Awesome guest service, very welcoming and knowledgeable of the services in the local area. The room was spacious and quiet. Would not hesitate to use again, however i will book directly through the hotel as opposed to using a third party , Expedia.

I booked a King Suite. When I got there I was told I had a standard 2 queen room. I specifically booked a King to have more bed space as I am pregnant. When I told them this they apologized and said there was a leak in one of the king rooms and they were completely booked so they couldn’t give me another room. Then said they could comp me a beer. I again said I’m pregnant. So they said they’d give my fiancé 2 beers when the bar opens. We had plans to attend a concert so we wouldn’t be there the whole time the bar was open. The man behind the counter said he’d give him one beer now. That was it, that was the only compensation they would offer us. Once we got to our non suite queen room, it was like they didn’t finish cleaning. There were drinking left in the fridge from the previous people and there was hair and dirt in the bottom of the tub. When I went back down to talk to someone at the desk all I got was a “we can’t really do anything about it.” Definitely not the Hilton stay I’m used to.

NO HOT WATER
Staff was kind, and courteous. Breakfast was yummy, and well attended. We stayed 4 nights, room was never cleaned, towels piled up as we had to request more. They then ran out of clean towels. I’d guess cause no rooms were cleaned and the entire place was packed. At no time did we or any of our friends in different rooms on different floors have HOT WATER of any kind. Every night, and morning we were lucky to have Luke warm water at best. Which would then only last 2-3 mins tops. After spending long days with animals at farmshow, EVERYONE needed a bath, very disappointed. 🙁

You were given a complimentary upgrade and it takes 48 hours for post stay points to be applied if you were to receive credit towards your stay. Your touchless arrival was not available due to you using a 3rd party app to make your reservation and were a pay at property guest. If it was booked on the Hilton app you would have received a digital key option where we would have a secured credit card on file and had no issue generating a digital key when your room was ready.

Easy access to get to. Close to the Interstate. You can tell that the building is old but well taken care of. Handicap accessibility is a great plus.

We were given a room facing the freeway. We have stayed in hotel rooms that were next to loud roadways, but the noise suppression or soundproofing made it surprisingly quiet. Not here. This was the noisiest hotel room we’ve had in a very long time, and we did not sleep well. Other aspects of a hotel facility can be weak, but visitors unable to get a comfortable night’s sleep is absolutely unacceptable. Hampton Inn needs to fix this property.

Great hotel, can’t wait to stay there again.
First we were allowed an early check in which was great. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Other than some kids staying there running up and down the hall (well before bed time) there was no noise at all.

Our rooms were clean and well appointed. The complimentary breakfast was great- lots of options and the pumpkin spice waffles were a nice touch. Mark, the manager, was friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Tasha, the bartender, was amazing. We had a time and she made us feel super welcome and like we've known her for years. We will definitely stay there again the next time we're in town.

I have liked all the hotels in this chain except this one. The bathroom door was not hung properly and would not fully close. There was evidence of recent trim painting with spots of white paint not wiped off of furniture and bathroom floor. The carpet in the bedroom was really stained. The bed pillows needed to be replaced as they were very lumpy. I am, the next day, in a different Hampton Inn and am totally satisfied with the room condition.

This HI does not live up to my expectations for the Hampton Inn chain. It has an "uncared for" appearance. The pool was dirty and there were cockroaches. However, the free breakfast was great.
