The pool was cold which i did not enjoy i have been in indoor pools that are actually warm and hot tub was not hot at all. But overall my experience was great and affordable the staff was very nice. The rooms were also great and clean

We truly enjoyed our snowy January weekend getaway at this wonderful Hampton Inn. With its quiet location off the interstate, it was convenient to the casino and Hershey attractions as well as Harrisburg. Parking was adequate and our check in process went quickly and smoothly. Our Non-Smoking King room was very clean, spacious and comfortable, especially the king sized bed. All other room and hotel amenities were very good and as advertised on Expedia. The breakfast had a good variety of warm and cold options and was very tasty, especially the waffles. The staff was kind and friendly from arrival to departure and we were very satisfied with our experience. For the price and satisfaction we would definitely consider staying here again in the future.

Had a problem with check in. Found out when we were leaving that our card had been charged for the room, and not for the $50 incidental fee. Spent 45 minutes trying to figure out what happened and get it reversed with the front desk. Was finally told the money would be refunded in 3-5 business days because only a manager could override that and return it immediately and no manager would be in that day. When calling the customer service number we were told to have Expedia come after the hotel for the money because there wasn’t anything they would do. Won’t be coming back to this location or any other of the hotels in the chain. Place was clean, beds were very uncomfortable.

I would definitely stay here again. The sheets were so clean and smelled good i didn't want to get outta bed. I love that the carpet didn't smell and the towels were clean. The breakfast staff was so friendly and always smiling made my morning great. I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. My family and i had 5 rooms all together and we all enjoyed our stay.

The staff was great. Very attentive very helpful, but it was hard to sleep. The kids ran around the hotel at all hrs of the night. Doors slamming and everything. And the beds are actually very uncomfortable. Other than that it was convenient and only 15 mins away from our destination and shopping so thats a plus

East coast getaway
Heading back to Missouri we stopped and stayed in Grantville. Our stay at the Hampton was great. Clean, friendly staff and comfortable. The room was spacious, clean and the beds and pillows were perfect.

Hot tub was very relaxing - pool could be a little warmer. Pillows were pretty flat and the mattress was hard-usually enjoy the mattresses at Hampton but this time it was too hard. Very quiet room and breakfast was very good.

The sofa bed was filthy and very uncomfortable to sit on. The AC in the bedroom didn’t work and it was miserably hot. The washing machine was broken so we were unable to do laundry. The room all in all was outdated and uncomfortable. We will not be staying at a Hampton Inn again.

Enjoyed our two night stay during the AACA Fall Meet at Hershey. Very accommodating for us and our small Yorkie. Very clean, and the breakfasts were great. Thank you ! Only a 5 minute drive to Hershey, with good restaurants near by.

Not happy when opened the door to room. Room smelled musty. I tried calling to get another room since my husband has asthma. They said they couldn’t change since I got room thru Expedia. This was first Hampton inn I stayed at that I was not happy
