Extremely disappointed particularly with service. Reception staff were very unfriendly - border on grumpy. The overall attitude was poor. I am a Hilton Honors member, and this was the first time I’ve experience such a disappointing stay.

Expedia had a terrible location marking. I thought it was next to i81 but I ended drinking 13 miles from i81 to the hotel in very crowded aggressive drivers.

Even though the hotel was undergoing construction, we were very happy with the hotel. The restaurant/bar was on a limited menu but it all worked out for us. I was surprised that breakfast was not included since I only book hotels that include breakfast.

Hot tub was closed. Pool has trash and stuff floating in pool. Very disappointing for family.

We're sorry you didn't enjoy your stay with us. Unfortunately, most hotels are removing the hot tubs. Our website does state that the hot tub is closed. Regarding the pool, did you tell the desk that the pool needed attention? We would have happily taken care of the pool for you. Very nice hotel. It was difficult to use the hotel printer since they did not have a computer for the guests to use. They need a better setup for guests to print a document.

The room was very spacious. Shower head not so much. Safe location. Coffee in commons area was cold. They told me to use the one in the room.

The check-in process wasn't the best. I tried to check in a little earlier, and the lady at the front desk made a very sarcastic remark.  Then, at the same time, there was some sort of medium-sized bug on the ceiling. The location was great to get access to food and Hershey Park. The location had a great dog area as well.

Staff was very friendly. Check in was a breeze. The room was quite and absolutely spotless. I stood there looking around and was like, "This is the cleanest place I've ever stayed in!" Actually looked for dust. Surely they missed something. Nope. Even the top of the picture frame and lamp shade was spotless. HOW?!?! This is THE PLACE I will be staying at upon my next visit to Harrisburg. Tomato Pie Cafe is right across the street. Super convenient and delicious.

I liked that it was quiet and multiple dining options from authentic Mexican to Japanese to dinner food all with 5-10 mins from hotel!! Was clean and comfortable!!
