Holiday Inn usual high standards. Front desk guy got us a new remote showed us how to use it. TV was too complicated to manage. Good stay!

Upon arrival checked n was quick and efficient. Staff (Fredo) was very friendly and courteous. The facility was well equipped, clean and my room was very spacious. I truly enjoyed my stay.

After driving 12 hours it was great to be greeted with a friendly face. Tonya was wonderful! I liked that she texted to check on us and the room. My husband is a very light sleeper and we were sharing a wall with the elevator. She was very accommodating and put us in another room. I thought the whole facility seemed new and spotless. Will definitely stay again when passing through the area!

Overall, the property and facilities were clean, except for the bathtub in the room we had. There were many strands of hair in the bathtub. The tub had either had not been cleaned or the attendant was using an unclean cloth.

Good location, room was clean and the pool was good too. Hot breakfast available between 6-9am every morning with lots of options. Was busier on the weekend when a group of rowdy hockey kids and parents checked in.

Great Short Stay
It was a nice hotel, the breakfast was what you would imagine. The kids loved making their own pancakes. Everyone at the front desk was kind and helpful, and all the employees I ran into around the hotel were also kind and courteous.

The hotel itself was clean, which is the most important in my mind! The bathroom was very small, the shower was small and outdated. The only food near us was mcdonald’s or perkins which kinda sucked, but it was quiet and clean so it was a great stay to me!! 18 mins from Hershey park is a plus too

Good location for a short stay for Hershey Park! Pros: Easy check in, convenient location, room was clean, comfortable bed, free breakfast and friendly staff. Cons: The bathtub curves inward which makes it very uncomfortable, and unstable to stand in and shower, especially for kids it is a safety hazard for sure. Also, The rooms did not have usual hotel complimentary toiletries.

I switched rooms twice. The bathrooms were so disgusting. The first room was full of mold around the old caulking and the shower stopper was left on the side of the tub and was full of mold. When I went to downstairs to complain, they said they didn’t have a maintenance person to put it in. They switched our room because it was too disgusting for me to stay in with my children. When I switched to the second room, the tub had been painted over and it was just old. We took a shower anyway because we were tired and noticed there was mold on the bottom of the shower curtain which I had to take pictures of because I couldn’t believe how nasty it was. There was also no circulation in the bathroom so we were probably just inhaling all of the at mold. The air also was not working properly in the bedroom so it was muggy. After calling the customer service number for IHG, they contacted the front desk and we were moved around 11pm at night. The third room was much better even though the bathroom was still dingy. Do not stay here. Breakfast was very limited compared to the other ones we’ve stayed at. Not worth the money.

I was very impressed with this hotel! Recently remodeled. The beds were so comfortable which is rare in most hotels and the pillows were very good quality which is also rare. The staff couldn't do enough to accomodate and were very friendly.
