Not great, not bad! Staff were very friendly and check in-check out was easy and convenient. It’s a little dated but fine for what it is!

The room I was in was a single King size bed. It had a small sofa in it. The bed and the sofa were comfortable. The staff respected my do not disturb sign on the door while I was out of the room.

I liked the room was clean. What i didnt like the noise of stomping and slamming around stuff when trying to sleep at night. Also, shower water pressure sucked. Also, the vending machines only had 2 items in it, an 1 of each of those. I am diabetic and i looking for something to help me out, snd their wasnt anything that would help immediately!! I never been to a hotel that didnt have snacks.

I was quite surprised at the niceness and cleanliness of the room. I do wish they offered a coffee station. The price is definitely right in the Hershey area!

The property was average and fine for a quick one night stay. But cleanliness needs to be worked on. I found so much of other people’s hair in the bathroom and on the bed. The carpets need to be replaced - they were dingy & idk how long they’ve been there. The whole building could you a face lift. I did like that the room had a mini fridge and microwave for convenience.

We just stayed one night after a. hockey game. It wasn't far from the arena and we had a quiet night before going to Washington DC.

The website for this hotel shows breakfast is included which we factor in our expenses for our trip. A drink and oatmeal packets really? I will say the rooms were very clean.

We had an outside door in our room that needs rubber gasket around it. Cold air leaks in all around it. Other than that it’s great! And a bargain!

It is near everything and the only draw back is the restaurant takes all the parking so you will have to wait. Also the ice machines are broken and all the furniture doesn't match but you get what you get for the price

Terrible due to weather I had to cancel and A worker by the name Dennie would not show grace knowing the weather was horrible. Dennie could have assisted me better an not charge my card. I won’t pick this location again. My car got stuck we couldn’t get to the hotel.

Nice spot close to town.
Very comfortable beds - easy check in - price was right. Furnishings are a bit dated but that’s what helps make it more affordable. Super close to Hershey Theater where we saw a play. Great spot.

This was our 2nd stay here and our room was clean and quiet and met our needs for a one night stay. Close to all atractions and dining options. Bring your own blow dryer if needed as there is none in room and the one at the front desk was already being used.

Hotel and room smelled of mildew and mold. The restaurant below the hotel is extremely loud blasting music till almost midnight even though the close at 10 and keep guests awake

My boyfriend and I always like staying at this hotel when visiting Palmyra. It’s convenient and located near lots of shops and attractions but still safe enough as well.

This hotel is very close to Hershey Chocolate factory and Hershey Park.It takes only 8 minutes's drive to Hershey park.I don't see any other hotel that close to Hershey Park.I liked the hotel because of its location.There is only one issue is that you are not able to check in before 3:00PM. and front desk staff doesn't come at the desk unti 3:00 PM.

The only thing the maid service did was replace dirty towels but each day a dirty one was left on the floor in front of the toilet. No extra toilet paper or soap or shampoo given. Was given ripped/shredded towels. Was told about the minimum maid service after we arrived. Should have been told before we booked the rooms
