Very friendly staff, clean facility, room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was just enough for us. Staff suggested restaurant next door and it was amazing! Only complaints, dogs barking in rooms, kids running down the hall late at night and a neighbor or ours clearly was smoking pot....hallway stunk!!! Can't control human behaviors so no complaints about the hotel itself!!

I was visiting the Hershey area and the La Quinta Inn was very conveniently located. Rooms were spacious and clean, staff were very friendly and helpful, free parking was plentiful and the hot breakfast was excellent. Thanks!

Ine front desk receptionist was very rude when she came into the pool.she was loud and obnoxious. Granted there was a lot of people in there at the time, she could if handled it better. What was the worse was the hotel has a no smoking policy however the whole floor we stayed on reeked of Marijuana. You could see the smoke coming from two of the doors and we so haooened to be beside that oerson.our hotel room stunk soo bad of it and we had 2 children innthere. We conolained about the smell but nothing was done...disappointing. The one breakfast attendant was very nice..breakfuust was ehh but the employee was very nice and accommodating.

One of the employees had her cute little grey/scruffy dog, Nico on the property. This was NOT a service animal. I know this because working in a doctor's office, I am around them on a regular basis. As I was taking our dog outside, we were rushed by an UNLEASHED Nico. The owner yelling "Nico! Come back here Nico!" This happened AGAIN when I was outside talking to another guest. Nico is NOT a service animal, as he did NOT return to his human when called to do so. The employee had to physically come & pick him up. This led to my dog (who is smaller than Nico) being extremely fearful for the rest of our visit. She (my dog) was scared to return to the elevator & lobby. We travel 6 times per year for business & in the past 2yrs, she's never had this reaction in a hotel before. I don't want an incident where Nico does this & the dog reacts in an aggressive manner & he gets hurt due to his owner being irresponsible.

I rated this terrible because I was unable to cancel my reservation after making it in error. I did book a different Laquinta hotel, causing me to pay double for my stay. It was rundown, sink in entryway, body wash in entryway (not in shower area), very little light, not told about complimentary breakfast (where, time) … This being said, I will never book Laquita again and I will tell anyone who will listen about my experience.

The noise in the hall way until 3 am after calling front desk ruined half of our trip because we could not sleep. The outside doors were propped and left unlocked made me very unsafe feeling. There were random dogs not on leashes. Dirt on the bathroom counter

Moved a chair in the room and found bandage wrapper and an old take out container. Really makes you wonder if they ever do a deep clean. Carpet in the hallways and room have seen better days.

We came to visit Hershey Park and it’s an easy ten minute drive there. The property is in poor condition though. Our room had several things that didn’t work or were broken/busted, from the mini fridge to the towel hook on the bathroom door. The lobby is clean and spacious but you aren’t spending your time there and after that it’s all downhill.

On the Expedia web page for La Quinta, the property amenity’s include pet friendly. I have used LQ for years with no pet charges. It would be nice know there is a nightly charge of $25. Next time I will look for other lodging with no pet fees.

Very convenient to giant center. Extremely large lobby and spacious breakfast area. Free breakfast was typical. Lots of parking. for those interested there is a diner next door. Room slightly dated but was excellent for our needs. We will definitely stay here again when attending a concert at the center.

We always stay at this property when we visit Hershey. Check in was a firm 3:00 this visit, because they had been full the previous evening, but we could still use the jacuzzi and pool while we waited for our room. It’s convenient to restaurants and Hershey Park and Giant Stadium. Only complaint was the tubs needs some slip resistant, they were slippery to us for showers. Just use caution.

When we checked in the lady working was Rude!! I asked what time the pool area was open until. She replied it’s very busy in the pool area. That we’re better off not going. The bathroom in our Room was very dirty there was women hair on basically all the towels. The toilet didn’t look clean. The Shower had Mold on all the Caulking. The Air Conditioner made a lot of noise. Would definitely recommend new staff and clean the Rooms better!!! Won’t book this Hotel stay again!! I travel for a living and I stay in alot of hotels… But I’ll stay away from this one!! 😵‍💫😵‍💫😡👎

The first thing I noticed when I walked into my room there seemed to be a haziness about it. I was tired and attributed it to being an older facility, in need of updating. In the middle of the night, I rolled over and smelled a strong scent of someone’s cologne on the bedspread! I was repulsed! I was sleeping under used, soiled linen! The next morning, when I turned the shower on, debris in the bottom of the tub washed down the drain. As I got out of the shower, I noticed something shiny, slightly out of sight, behind the toilet. It was a hoop earring. The floor hadn’t been swept and mopped! This room was filthy! The haziness was a thick film of dust and dirt. I think I’ll cross all LaQuinta Hotels off my list of places to stay.
