The door on our room was a problem. The room key card would not always work on it, and the front desk clerk knew about it. We had to tell him when we were checking out and then he said he would get someone to look at it.

Convenient and Clean

This was a last minute Booking for a business trip, I was late getting there and the Desk Clerk was courteous.

Terrible service

Terrible.. We had no heat and had to get a new room. When we told the guy at the desk that we had no heat, he gave us a portable heater and said we had the heater up too high.

Dirty

Dirty room. Food behind bed, cruddy shower. Refrigerator didn't work. Noisy furnace. Really small pillows. We had 2 adjoining rooms and they were both the same.

Comfortable but not the cleanest

The room was comfortable but the sheets weren't fit properly and kept coming loose just by sitting on the bed. I slid the mattress out to put the sheet back on, and the matress was quite dirty. I understand they don't need cleaned after every guest, but a light vacuuming on occasion wouldn't hurt... And there is no ventilation in the bathrooms which is the worst thing ever when you share a room with someone... The shower is also very sketchy and difficult to find a good balanced temperature.

Not worth the $85

The room was barely clean and there were people talking right outside the room almost the entire time we were there. And there were spiders in the bathroom.

Good low budget hotel.

This is not a bad hotel for the price. If you just need an inexpensive place to stay for a night or two this is a good option.

Arrived to the sound of a sweet sixteen party with music so loud that we could feel the bass in our room across the quad in another building. Were told that the music would be on until. 11pm. Couldn't find another hotel room anywhere nearby or we would have left. Turned the TV up to drown out the music and waited until it ended. Not a place to return - even despite the music, the hotel was a little dirty and had that hourly rental feel.
