Pros: large indoor/outdoor pool/hot tub, kid friendly, nice staff
Cons: Not a 3 star hotel. Needs to be fully renovated/updated. Carpets throughout are stained, elevators old small & dirty with food droppings on floor, blankets were not soft, no microwave/fridge in room. Room smelled musty b/c they didnt have ac turned on. Reserved for 4 people, yet only 2 washcloths were provided ahead of time. Called hotel restaurant during open hrs to call in order to go, got answering machine.

Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We regret to learn our accommodations failed to meet your expectations and apologize for the inconveniences noted in your review. We strive to provide comfortable and inviting accommodations 24/7 and disappointed that we were not able to achieve our #1 goal with your visit - guest satisfaction. We continue to deep clean the hallway carpets regularly and realize they are not our highest attribute. We hope to announce plans for replacement next year. I will review your feedback in detail with each department to ensure we address the cons with more urgency - cleaning, answering the telephone during business hours and preparing the room for the number of guests assigned.
