Convenient location but needs work

The lobby is beautiful. My initial impression was fabulous. But once I got off the elevator to go to my room, I realized there is much to be improved upon. Dreary colors. Old carpet & furniture in the hallway. Entering my room, I was happy with the size of the room and the bed. However, the desk chair was so beat up that I was tempted to put it out in the hall. Again... Dreary appearance. I went to a nearby market and bought bouquets of flowers to brighten it up.

I will immediately remove any chairs that do not meet our standards. Hallway carpets will be replaced in the fall. Guest room carpet are being replaced now, and should be completed by June. Nice hotel even has a bar at it!

Stayed for one night in before I traveled to another city. In and out, if you need a place to stay for cheap price and nice sleep it works.

Easter

My daughter got strep throat from the nasty pool. And all 3 of my kids Easter baskets got stolen out of the lobby

Very friendly staff but very old hotel

Pros: Friendly and service minded staff.
Cons: The rooms need to be fully updated. They are old with old furniture that also "smell old". Rooms are not very clean either. Dust all over the sofa etc
Location: Some local diners/restaurants and store chains.
Very old hotel, room needs a full update with new furniture. Also need better cleaning. This is less like a hotel and more like a motel in terms of facility. It is an old and dingy "hotel". The only good thing was an extremely friendly staff.

Convenient to airport

Staff was extremely friendly and check-in was quick and easy. Very nice that there is a lounge and restaurant on the property. The rooms with balconies are a long way so they should offer a service to take your luggage to the room for you. The bed was very comfortable but the room itself needed upgraded as well as the hallways. It's very run down and dingy. Some paint, pictures and new carpet would do wonders!

Felt Overpriced

The front of the hotel is very welcoming and modern however the feel doesn't carry to the rooms. I felt my room was really dark/poorly lit. Bed was fairly comfortable and shower was hot so I'm not complaining too much but it felt Overpriced at $140 a night
