Nice Hotel -Near AllPosted Sep 18, 2015
Pros: The bedding and pillows were extremely comfortable, the restaurant had good food and the pool and hot tub were a lot of fun.
This was our 3rd time staying at the Sheraton and I will definitely go back. The weather wasn't the greatest, which didn't matter to my son and his friends. The pool and work out facility were great go to options when Hershey Park wasn't. Then there was the on site restaurant and bar which made me happy. There was plenty of shopping and things to do nearby so this made for an overall good experience.

There isn't anything I would improve. The hotel was wonderful from the moment we stepped in the front door, we were greeted by a friendly smile. The room was updated and clean. We paid for non-smoking and it didn't smell like someone had smoked in the room, it was clean and fresh smelling! The restaurant and bar staff were very friendly. Enjoyed are brief stay.

Good place for a weekend in HersheyparkPosted Aug 10, 2015
Cons: Need to get the pool clean and fixed.
Location: It's just a short 15-minute drive to Hersheypark and its attractions .
With the exception of the pool (dirty and falling apart) the hotel was quite good. Totally recommend the dinner at Dog & Pony restaurant -- the night staff was great and the food delicious. Also, they must have the most delicious french fries I ever tried!

Overpriced and not anything like the reviewsPosted Jul 27, 2015
Paid for a 2BR with sleep sofa. No sleep sofa in room and no options available. We checked in close to midnight and quite frankly didn't fight too hard as we just needed a place for one to crash. The hotel commons areas were dirty and hot. If I had paid $89/night that would be one thing but $230! Would not recommend for anything more than 1 night if it's all that's available...

Not up to standards of a SheratonPosted Jul 12, 2015
After reading the reviews online I wanted to cancel my reservations but was given a very hard time and I didn't want to lose my money so we went begrudgingly. My reservations were for a king room with sofa bed they at first put us in a room with just a king bed, the hotel staff was very friendly and accomadating and changed the room for us...the new room had a very musty smell. The pillows are way too soft leading to 2 nights of bad sleep. The pool was filthy, they could clean it a bit more often! I don't need to see people's loose hairs all over the place! Needless to say we will never stay here again!

Very nice and clean hotel! Pricey and no breakfast included! Ate dinner in the restaurant and paid dearly! Could not afford breakfast at 14.00 a person with 3 children and 2 adults, had to go to mcdonalds. Inconvienant!

Lacking in outlets and lightingPosted Jun 22, 2015
Pros: The food at the bar/restaurant was quite good, especially the burgers, which were excellent.
Cons: Better lighting and more outlets.
Clean room but not user friendly. Had to unplug clock radio to charge phone. Also not enough lighting. No bedside lamps except one Very Small lamp on the table between the beds, which was totally insufficient.
