The location and grounds are very nice.The workmanship on the room makeover was not very professional and the overall appearance of the room was shabby.The walls are not soundproof and I could hear TV and conversation from nearby rooms leading to a bad night’s sleep

No hot water for two days regardless of what time or day it was. Front desk said it was because the hotel was full. At 2am there was still no hot water. 5am no hot water, 9pm, no hot water. We received 1 towel for the bathroom upon check in. I asked for a few more towels at the desk. I was handed 1 more towel. Towels and sheets smelled like Indian food and oil.

Our room has a horrible smell of spoiled food. Our family could see a stain on the carpet that seemed to indicate the origins of the smell. Also, getting to the property at night was rather treacherous as the entrance from the pipestem road had no streetlights. We almost inadvertently went off roading - not good. In the end, you get what you pay for. I probably won’t go back to this property.

Here at the wingate we strive to make sure our guest are very happy with the stay.As for the directions and lighting to the property is very bad, we are working on this issue. Hot water wasn’t great. I had to run the water for several minutes to get warm water until about 7am. Then it seemed the hot water was working. The window shade handled were detached from the shades. There was a small trash can in the bathroom and that was the only trash can in a suite. There were two recycle bins in the room??? The gym has had broken equipment consistently for past few visits to the hotel. I only stay here for work. It would be great if the property used some of the green space around the property for a seating area.

We were traveling for a cheerleading competition and this was affordable with clean rooms and a Cracker Barrel within walking distance. Dinner was fantastic and we slept well

This was an overnight stay for my husband our dog and myself. This is a nice new hotel, we had a spacious room with a very comfortable bed. Saw a pool and gym. We would stay here again. My only criticism, as with many other hotels, is the unhealthy breakfast offered.

I am glad to hear that you enjoyed your stay, Not sure what you mean when saying not a healthy Breakfast since we do have gluten free options Almond milk, fruits and bagels. We also have wheat breads and few other options with our turkey meats and eggs. We would like your opinion on what you think would be a healthy meal since we actually have to follow our Brand standards, We would like to send this to Wyndham.

Nice stay overall. Got there around 10pm and pool was closed, despite hours listed saying open til 11. Didnt detract from our stay, and the breakfast was a lot better than most places. Would say here again

Upon our arrival, the gentleman was very nice and got us checked in quickly. We parked around the side to access the stairs and outdoors easily because we had our dogs. The first thing we noticed was that the side door was NOT locked. There was a key-card module, but it was inoperable and the door wasn't latched. When we got to our room, our second problem was that our bed had ZERO pillows. After being told that they didn't have any bed pillows (I think she just thought I wanted extra ones) and a 30-minute wait, she found me two brand-new ones to use. There was a large gap between the door and the floor so the light from the hallway shone and allowed more hall noise to enter our room. Lastly, our room handle was QUITE finicky. It took 4-5 times for the key card swipe to get it to unlock. Positives - there is a pool, hot tub, and workout room that we didn't utilize because we were only there for a night, but they looked good. The area around the building was quite sufficient for dog walks and bags were supplied to dispose of waste. The bed was comfortable.

The building and room were clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good, and the staff were pleasant. It was a little weird getting to it with the way our gps had us go. It took us near the addrress and stopped. So I'm glad it was light out when we arrived. But I think it was a very good value

The room had no hot water. The coffee maker in room was broken and the one in the lobby had lukewarm coffee. By 7:30 ok a Saturday, the entire breakfast was inedible (rotten bananas, stale bagels, rubbery eggs (far beyond normal for a hotel buffet). The staff was unresponsive to concerns.

The bathroom shower curtain had pink shower gel or shampoo clumps on it that I only saw after getting in the shower. There was also hair in the rings of the shower curtain that didn’t belong to me. The person next door was playing music on their cell phone and played back voice messages and I could hear it as loudly as if I were in the same room. This was at 11:30 at nigh5 and continued to wake me up.

Location was nice right off the PA turnpike. Place was clean. My only complaint was it took forever for someone to get us checked in and the staff all seemed to not like one another.

There was a fire in the laundry the morning that we checked in and the whole first floor smelled of electric fire. The second day they had the doors all open to try to air out the smell and it was very cold throughout the first floor and so we were in at the pool area and had brought in some snacks since we could not sit out in the lobby and the first desk person came in and was very rude.

I am so sorry for the front desk agent but we do not allow food and drinks in our pool area. There are signs all over, I do however understand the circumstances but these are the rules for safety. Snacks could have been eaten in the room.

I drove 2 hours from Delaware to stay here so i could go to a concert. The hotel was very nice, the staff that i did see, were very polite. The only tiny (and i mean tiny) issue i had was that there was a couple pieces of trash in the room, other than that i enjoyed my stay.

I am not sure what more options we can give for a complimentary Breakfast. We already do more than required by Brand. I mean we have waffles, Bagels, Breads, englishmuffins, frenchtoast eggs, meats. sausage gravy n biscuts fruits yogurts etc. So if you were expecting anything else. Then you should try and find a hotel with a resturant

The only thing that want good was getting to their parking lot in the dark and fog at night. It was not clear where to go. A small sign was there but not lit and hard to see at night.

So sorry for the inconvenience of the water temps. We have looked into it and seems everything is working correctly. It could have been from all taking showers at same time but have not had this issue before.
