Was here for a business trip in room were no toothpaste or toothbrush called down to inform them was told they dnt provide that but they would find some but I have to come get it mind you I just got up and wasn’t appropriately dressed to go down felt like it shud have been in the room prior

Great stay always!
I always stay here when I’m going out to Ohio and on the way back. It’s a halfway point for me, but this hotel makes it worth the stop. The hotel is always super clean, the staff is friendly and helpful. The location is great, and it’s just overall exactly what you pay for. I love it here.

The safe was super nice and made checking in and out easy! The facility was clean and up to date! The dining staff was also so nice, and the food was good! The bed was comfortable and the shower was great! No complaints!

The hotel was the absolute worst I have been in a long time. We booked on hotel.com and we're not able to check in until 10pm as they did not have a room ready. We arrived at 6pm and went to our room which was never cleaned so they told us to come back later. The breakfast we prepaid was a joke as the food they had was poor and you needed to ask for a simple glass of juice as well as milk. You need to ask for simple hot water for tea and the coffee was the worst we have ever had.Forget about the breakfast sausage because you couldn't cut it with a knife as it was so well done made it unedible. The TV control was tapped where the battery is placed and did not work it's ok because we were not there long enough to watch tv. I could go on but will let you decide for yourself on the condition of this hotel if you want to waste money.

The hotel was decorated nice and the rooms were clean. The water pressure in the shower was not strong and the hot water was not very hot for a typical hotel shower. For some reason we were in a handicap room .. no entry shower and chair. The water ended up on the floor after showering. I think overall decent condition for this type of hotel. The pool was okay. Shallow and crowded with kids all ages.

Modern, clean hotel
I was glad to see the restaurant open this year! The pool and hotel are on the new side and well maintained. Decor in the hotel lobby is very modern and appealing. The only negative is that the elevators are unbelievably slow compared to other hotels. Beds and shower were both comfortable.

For the $$$ price paid, the room should not have damaged furniture or bedding with ink all over it! The room smelled dingy/damp and ac is placed oddly next to the bed at the same height so air doesn’t blow into the room just against the side of the bed. Breakfast was a major disappointment, was set up 1 hour after posted time, and had super gross looking eggs and soggy hash browns with three kinds of meat?? No cereal, no muffins, no yogurt, basically if your vegetarian or don’t love sausage and bacon you’re out of luck!

Nice sized room, comfy bed, and clean. It’s right off the highway so it’s a little loud outside but not horrible. Great for a night while we continue our road trip.
