This property is extremely dated. Not dirty but just old and worn. Back door where I went to smoke was broken and locked you out each time. But the staff was just incredible!! Always right there to assist in any way they could. At the end of the day it was a great stay!! Pool was such a blessing for the kiddos.

Everything was great, except that the stove in the room was not functional; however, I was allowed to use one in a nearby room. Our sray was perfect generally, and we look forward to coming back again.

The black tall man at the front desk I can see his boxers he was very rude and ignorant and disrespectful towards me said he was the manager that day then went on to talk about my ashy feet.

Loved kitchen, beds comfortable but made a lot of noise when you moved Our room on 2nd floor was above exterior door which slammed closed, disruptive at night People above us were elephants and woke up early, disruptive to sleep, stomping around

Room was dirty. Trash from previous people was still in the room and smelled like it had been there for a long time. Refrigerator was sticky. Air conditioning didn’t work. It stayed on 74 no matter what you did to it. Couldn’t even turn it off. There was no soap, shampoo or conditioner in the bathroom. One of the lights didn’t work. The hair dryer was sticky. The elevator was broken for one of the days we were there.

The employees, without exception, were helpful, kind, friendly. The bed was comfortable, the AC quiet, the water shower had good pressure. The cleanliness of the room leaves a lot to be desidered, the cabinet's doors in the kitchen and bathroom need repairs.
