Toilet in one room was not working, second room bathroom was dirty

Tired hotel

Staff was great. Our room was tired. Bathroom was as clean as it could be given it's age. Needs to be redone. HVAC unit was either on full or off so we cooked and then we're cold.

Rooms were not at standard we have come to expect from Country Inns and not was staff

Clean, quiet & convenient. Never disappoints. Rooms are spacious. Staff is very helpful. Close to interstate.

Pros: comfortable, clean, staff extremely helpful. Location convenient as well.

Ready for remodel

Average hotel close to Hershey

This hotel is conveniently located about 15 minutes from Hershey Park. We got a good rate through Expedia, but wouldn’t pay the rate the hotel charges. The staff were all very friendly and breakfast was good, but the room needed better cleaning and upgrades. The bathroom and carpet were outdated, and there was hair stuck to the shower and toilet (ew). Also, check out time is 11 but we had someone knock on our door at 10 to see if we were still there. Felt a bit rushed to leave. For positives, the pool was nice and warm and the beds were comfy!

Overall nice hotel

Everything was great except for it being a little outdated. The sheets on our bed had stains on them. The bathroom had cracks in the tub and it looked the ceiling was going to collapse. Breakfast was great!
