The room was disgusting. There were marks on the sheets and towels. There werent pillow cases on the pillows and when asked to have different stuff the employee said there wasnt any left.

As compared to other hotels within the same price range, this hotel offers very little as it pertains to simple comforts. I travel for work so I frequently stay at a hotel once or twice a week. All of the places I have stayed in, have a small coffee maker, cups, an ice container and a functioning refrigerator. I had to drink tap water using my hands because they don't even provide a cup. The refrigerator was not plugged in. So, the food I brought with me had to be thrown out. Overall, I did not have a comfortable stay.

The hotel and rooms need upgrade in many aspects, but rooms are clean, no coffee in room, nothing you can call breakfast, hot water downstairs. The area and guests seem very unsafe, even dangerous, had no desire to leave the room.

The front desk charged me for my room even though I had paid ahead with Expedia. The bed was not comfortable. The furnishings were old and stained. The room smelled badly of smoke. We were very disappointed so we didn’t even stay to check out how bad the coffee might be.

This hotel has gone down the toilet 🚽 I had to look at four different rooms just to get a decent one. Roaches, dog smell and spots and stains everywhere. Shower didn't work either.

Beautiful view with lousy room.
The room didn’t look like it had been really cleaned for a while. Things had been slightly dusted and vacuumed. The refrigerator was dirty inside. When we went to breakfast, there was no silverware and we were told none could be acquired. I enjoyed the pancake machine. Need to tell people not to hold the quantity button too long. I wanted three pancakes and it started making 33. it was hard to stop. I wound up with six pancakes. My friend was unable to get a bagel because they were already gone and we were there an hour before the breakfast ended. some of the staff were courteous.

When checked in, I had to go back down to the lobby letting them know that I thought they needed to finish cleaning the room and restock it as it was very filthy, but upon returning I needed to go back to the lobby to request towels and toilet paper because it still had not been done. There were bugs inside the room, replacement coffee bags stuffed in the side of a broken AC unit. The bottom of the door was bent in. The room smelled of cigarette smoke and marijuana. I will not stay here again.

I was given room 221. It was disgusting. I was moved to room 226. The floor was covered with something sticky; the room stunk like cover-up cigarette smell; etc. But these sheets looked clean. I didn't sleep.

Get it together!! No one will stay at your hote!
Well after checking in and getting my key I heard sirens and they came in and parked behind my car, then I heard screaming and realized something very bad was happening. A young man died of an overdose at the hotel! Then lots of swearing and yelling going on to the point I didn’t come out of my room! No coffee maker, fridge broken, blow dryer plug broken, no microwave!

Terrible is an understatement.
On Saturday  Dec 9, we stayed at Days Inn in Harrisburg Pennsylvania on Front Street and it was a total nightmare. The first room had not been made up from the last guest so the clerk gave us what he said was an upgrade. It was not.This new room reeked of cigarettes  and urine. The smell was so acrid our eyes burned. At this point we should have left but my husband was so angry plus the room was prepaid and we didn't want to lose our money. We asked to see the manager. The manager said he would give us an upgrade. It was not. The third room smelled just as bad from nicotine. When I asked him can't  you smell that, he said it was a non smoking  hotel and refused to answer. He then showed us the 4th room, it smelled of floral spray to hide the nicotine smell that they know is present. It was late and we were tired so we stayed against my better judgement.The room we stayed in had sticky floors, the TV was on but the remote did not work, there was no telephone to call the lobby so we walked down 3 flights of stairs to get the wifi password because the elevator is very slow and scary, like it is ready to plummet 3 floors. In the morning we found out the pancake machine did not work, there was no hot water for tea and the only breakfast there was bread. I will give kudos for the nice, new coffee maker but that is the only plus. During our yearly trips, we often stayed at this hotel but after this experience, we will never stay there again. The state of hotel is a disgrace

This hotel doesn't have necessary equipment for service. There is no baggage cart. There is no curtain in bath tub. No trash can in the room, no blankets on bets. The room was not clean, and the breakfast was bad.

After driving 10 hours we stopped st this hotel lste at night. Property was rundown- gave us 2 rooms on 3rd floor. Tried key for one of the rooms several times, jiggling handle before going back to front desk to get key rekeyed. Went bavk up elevator and my husband was at the door- he told me someone was already in the room and said “ good way to get shot” as we were trying the door key for several minutes. We both went to front desk and tell them some one was in the room. They really didn’t seen concerned and just said sorry, giving us another room. The room smelked like smoke and the bathroom door was broken- no latch. No smoke detector and heating knob was hanging out if wall. We didn’t turn on the heat- too afraid. My sister in-laws room was worse front door was seperated and wind was coming in so she had no choice but to turn heat on. Within minutes cockroaches escaping. This place should be condemned.

Great stay for the price!
Overall a very good experience for such a low price! Definitely an older motel and not the cleanest, but still very comfortable and an ample breakfast included! It was obvious people were living there longer term, but we felt right at home!

Property in need for renovation.Like many in this price range.Everything is outdated but the worst is cleanlines.Tough bathroom was clean room was only superficialy clean.Dirt under beds and mattrasses, on ceiling and every corner.Dirty chairs, questionable cleanless of linens.Found bed bugs.Asked for another room which was little more cleaner including linens with assurance of no infestation. Survived the night not bitten. Reward: better than avarage coffe for standard low cost motel breakfast.

The hotel room was very nice and clean the staff there is very nice and the people in the area is very talkative and friendly. The thing I really liked about the hotel is there breakfast and there coffee machine where it’s got coffee and hot chocolate. The lobby is clean and well maintained. The room had a nice refrigerator, microwave, little coffee machine, and the room was very clean we did not see not one bug in the room

Seems as though bottom floor is for 'long term' residents..last stop before or during living on streets. Staff upon check in seemed annoyed. Floors not properly marked, arrow pointing to rooms took us all the way around building. No elevator option. Absolutely NO NO NO lighting whatsoever in hall or stairwells, however, cameras and light fixtures EVERYWHERE but not responsible for anything. Room floor was sticky and immediately turned socks black, lighting flickered in bathroom nonstop. All towels where thin and stained. Broken fixures, mold and rust throughout. Smoke detector in pieces on desk. Wifi kept cutting out, house roaches, stink bugs and fruit flies everywhere. Bfest was 4 loafs of bread and a toaster. No fresh fruit at all. TV in our room much smaller than the ones we walked passed in neighboring rooms. Easy to see since curtains pulled back in empty rooms. Old TV mount and light fixtures could be removed but theyd need to fix the drywall after, which is why i gather they havnt. Door been kicked in soo many times it no longer closes all the way. And security bar was striped out of door. Large gap wide open toward foot of door caused a wicked draft, thus able to hear every door open and slam, convos our 'neighbors' had while sitting outside our door smoking (could smell it in the room since door didnt close), ppl walking by, and sqeeky loud housekeeping cart, street noise was alarming at times. No river view. Check out was noon but came knocking at 1125.

The man who checked me in was very polite. The property was filthy outside. The room smelled of smoke. The bathroom had cobwebs and a dirty towel hanging on the door. There was chipped paint on walls and chipped furniture. The only window in the room was dirty. The air conditioner ran loudly. Who do I speak to about a false advertisement and a refund?
