great price and convenient

room was very clean and large. Bed was comfy. Bathroom was clean. Did hear alot of noise from other rooms but all in all was good

Ehhhhhh.....

Rooms were not the cleanest, beds were not made daily, just blankets sloppily thrown up and not changed. Tub was too dirty to bathe my kiddos in, we only used it for showers. Room had an odor - may have been from cleaning supplies but strong. Included breakfast was decent - consisted of bagels, waffles, cereal and milk/juice. Only problem was there was only seating for 10 people, and hotel was booked all the nights we were there so not sufficient for all guests. Small parking lot, one night we came back late and there was no parking available. No elevator so tricky if you are on second floor and have lots of bags. Less than 10 minutes to Hershey Park. Some language barriers with some of the staff, we needed a bag for the inspector and it took about 5 to 10 minutes for them to understand wg we needed a bag for the inspector and it took about 5 to 10 minutes for them to understand what we were asking for.

Room was ok. Microwave and fridge poorly worked. You can hear your neighbors and very close to a highway. Staff was pleasant.

OK for 1-2 nights

Staff very nice. We arrived early and they allowed us to check in. We reserved 4 rooms. Two were ready, about 30 minute wait for other two. Shower was not great. Old fixtures, difficult to regulate temp. Vanity mirror had splatters on it so was not cleaned well from previous guests. Toilet old and did not flush properly. Beds were comfortable and clean. Laminate wood floors. No carpeting which is good. Hate dirty carpets in hotel rooms! Dining area small, only 3 tables. Coffee was terrible! Overall ok to stay 1-2 nights but not for long stay.

The only problem was food was left behind by the guest before me and I had hair on my shower curtain because it had folded over and was missed by the cleaning people.

Good hotel for a night.

Late check in from Hershey Park. Staff friendly and helpful. Bathroom had mold in shower. Overall, room seemed clean. No smokey smell in hotel. Eating area for breakfast small and choices minimal, but for one night-it was fine.

Staff Needs To Clean Better

Pros: The pros above, plus it was conveniently located. The AC and internet worked well.
Cons: If not for the cons above, this would have been an excellent hotel. The cleaning staff needs to look more closely when they clean.
Location: Hershey Park is only a few minutes away. There's a mall, several restaurants, etc., within a few minutes' drive. Nothing within walking distance.
First the cons: The hallway floor had several items of trash (pieces of paper, small debris, etc.) on it. It stayed this way stayed for a couple of days. Someone tossed a small pile of dirty towels in one of the the stairways that stayed there for two days. There are no elevators and consequently, no luggage carts. The tub in our room had residue in it from the previous user(s). My wife insisted on buying cleaning supplies and cleaning it herself. There was some kind of goo on the bathroom door knob. There were mars in several places on the walls and on one place, some kind of foreign material. The door frame was grungy in the area of the light switch in the bathroom. Some of the renovation work was shoddy, e.g., caulk/paint on the bathroom tile, door frame had nail holes in it and had only the primer coat that comes on the wood. The tub drained very slowly, by the time I had finished showering, the water was ankle-deep. Now the pros: The staff was very friendly. Everyone spoke to us and smiled. The room was spacious, recently renovated, and nicely appointed. The bed and pillows were comfortable and clean. The towels and washcloths were soft and plush. Other than the cons, the room was very clean. The hotel sits right next to the interstate but the traffic noise was not an issue. Overall, we were satisfied with the stay. We checked prices and this was among the least expensive in the area. And I know that going to an EconoLodge, you take your chances

Basic Hotel near Freeway

Location: it's near a freeway
Hotel is on a very busy street, right near a freeway. room was simple and neat, but didn't feel really clean. budget hotel stay.

No parking, small.

So I technically didn't stay here because Expedia never changed my reservation to the night I changed my trip to! I got to the hotel at 2AM and they, as I said, didn't find my reservation and they had NO rooms available. The front desk receptionist (if thats what you call them) was very nice about it & helped me by calling other hotels to find a room. The lobby was very small though, parking wasn't great (there were very limited spots), and the breakfast area was right there immediatley when you walk in so that wasn't too inviting. I only rated the cleanliness & comfort at middle because I didn't stay in a room!
