“Lovely coay B&B. Decor is modern but in theme with the lake district. Lots of little home comforts included. The owners are very friendly and cant do enough for you. Breakfast was very good and all cooked to order with a hige range to choose from. Rooms are lovely and its in a great location. free parking too which is a big plus point.”

“The Royal Oak is in a stunning location and there has clearly been a lot of investment in upgrading the facilities and decor. This has resulted in very stylish, thoughtfully designed, high quality accommodation. The room & bathroom were gorgeous with good storage, a very comfortable bed and good quality fabrics, linen & towels. Everywhere was spotlessly clean.
