Just so you know, they didn't clean my room or take out the trash or bring my towels all week, I had to go pick it up from the office in the afternoon when I got home from work.👎👎👎👎

Never again. I booked 2 rooms for my sister and I to go tubing. Check in was at 3 and I had a reservation at 4:00 to go snow tubing. When I arrived to the room, the bathroom had stained towel and my telephone wasn’t working so I called the front desk from my personal phone. Letting them know my towels are dirty and my phone doesn’t work.The maintenance man came and said he’ll bring a different phone. Then the house keeper came and brought me a stack of towels that appeared to be discolored from multiple uses and had a nerve to tell me they were still damp and was that okay. I told her no, I want fresh towels. So she finally brought new ones. Then my sister who’s room was across from mine had a pair of dirty underwear hanging on her bathroom door. She told the house keeper and she disposed of them. By this time we had to leave for our reservation so by the time we got back, still no phone. So me and my sister went to the front desk and asked for refund so I could go elsewhere. The lady at the front desk said she had to talk to the OWNER. The owner said he couldn’t get a refund bc 3 hours had past. I asked to speak to the manager personally, the staff member said I couldn’t talk to her or get her number. By this time I’m furious because our conversation was going nowhere so we all just packed all our stuff and went back home the same night…the place was filthy, the whole building smelled terrible and the people next to us were arguing so loud and appeared to be drug addicts.

Terrible. Old outdated. Mold in bathroom. Towels are old. Microwave didn’t work. I had to beg for extra towels the next day. Dirty windows. 13inch tv. Was locked out of my room with no explanation.

Better than camping, but that’s it.
We saw a roach in the bathroom as soon as we got in. No other rooms to change out to. Also, housekeeping left a clipboard with scrap papers/notes on them. The non-blank side of the scrap paper consisted of past guests names and portfolios as well as the in-house guest list of all guest names, room numbers, and dates of stay.

The staff was super friendly and helpful, but this motel is in need or complete renovation. From switch plates falling off the wall, mold growing on the wall and ceiling leaking.

i was very displeased with this hotel. when we walked into our room there was an unpleasant smell. the bathroom counters were sticky and dirty and it was clear the sink and shower had not been cleaned in a very long time. the towels that were folded up in our room had mascara and other makeup on them and had been folded up to appear clean. the bed had stains all over the comforter and sheets. there was mascara on the pillows and hair in the bed. the sheets had clearly not been washed. the room was very unclean and I will not be coming back to stay another time.

Worst Hotel booked Days Inn Harrisonburg Va
Last minute booking! Booked Non smoking room. Room reeked of smoke.I had to clean room and put in air freshners to stand the musty odor. Curtains stinked of smoke odor. Dustball around baseboard of room, bathroom floors dirty not mopped trash particles on floors. Bathroom and room grossly out dated ,tub has rounded floor surface slippery and I fell backwards out of tub no rubber surface on tub floor very slippery and unsafe, hand rail on opposte side of tub, if you short you can not reach it. I DID HAVE MUCH SORENESS NEXT DAY FROM FALL. To top it off a Roach was found in bathroom next to the COFFEE Pot.Yes the coffee pot is in the bathroom. How sanitary is this! I was miserable all night. Had to sleep with light on afraid what else might be crawling around in there. That slippery tub really upset me after I fell. NOT SURE WHO MANAGING THIS PLACE BECAUSE THE NAME WAS REMOVED FROM WALL THAT SAYS MANAGER. IT SURE IS GIVING DAYS Inn WYNDHAM A BAD REPUTATION. I will never stay under this name again and will not recommend this place to anyone. I WANT MY MONEY BACK.. Beware if you are booking Here. The eyes and pictures shown are deceiving.They did fix the TV that wasn't working. Staff trying to work with what they have. The microwave is a fire trap waiting to catch fire, there are black spots in it exposed, was afraid to try it. Don't waste your money. Repeat Wyndham I Want my money returned! Nightmare!

Do not recommend
Room smelled musty, but was better once we turned on heater. Bed sheets were stained and would not stay on mattress. No where to sit except on beds. No extra toilet paper in bathroom. Will not stay there again!

to be fair it’s just a motel, but it could’ve been cleaner for sure, and I’m not just talking about spraying Lysol everywhere! I told the front desk we were traveling with somebody who couldn’t do steps, they thanked me, and when I came back an hour later to pick up the keys, they put us on the top floor!

"Non smoking" supposedly "upgraded" room smelled strongly of smoke, but that may have been infused in the decades-old carpet and furnishings. All furnishings showed extreme age and wear. Cleanliness was highly suspect; streaks on mirrors clearly showed the small amount of wiping being done. Towels were observably dingy, yellowed, and threadbare -- including actual holes in towels. We ended up not staying at the hotel.

The lobby smelled like pee. The room stunk and bed uncomfortable. Holes in the walls, cracked sink, tv didnt work well and needed paint! Never again!

Great price
Price was great, room was clean, quiet, but there was no breakfast offered. It’s not a big deal but if it’s advertised then it should available. Overall not bad for the price.

The hotel, surroundings and rooms were filthy and wreaked of smoke. The noise of slamming doors and nightly cars doung "donuts" in the parking lot kept us awake. The staff could care less, and did not even acknowledge us when we approached the desk. Will never stay here again and would have left if there had been another room available in town.
