Cons: nothing
Location: Wembley stadium
Really GOOD hotel, nice and clean, very comfortable, and affordable for the location. Will recommend if you're visiting the area

Not a hotel. low class b and b.

Cons: heating, door system, lighting, smell, parking, and general room cleanliness. Most people will not return here.
My wife and I checked in, left our luggage and went out. upon our return we saw owner (maybe owners son) or manager had been in our room, they are very untrusting. I have never had this experience before and it was clear we could not ask about this as they would only lie about it due to our experience with the heating. We came back late and had to wait and ring bell 4 times before door was opened for us as he was asleep. I then called as the room was freezing, this was 'boosted' but for a short time so i slept with my clothes on. There is no heating control except on the radiator which means nothing if the heating is off, room should have heating control. In the morning i went to reception and was given 3 excuses but i asked for heating to be put on and left on as i can put radiator off myself. So every time we came back to hotel they ran to put heating on which meant room was cold for a couple of hours each time. and was only done as i said i would rather book another hotel or a real one at least. Rooms are not clean, owners are tight and demand you put lights off but there are many switches and not near our room so had to walk in the dark each time we came or left. Parking limited to 5 cars, 4 if owners car is parked there. owners son saw where we were from and stated he had a wedding venue in our area and had just spent £1 mill renovating it! But wont spend £50k to get a door system and heating system that works for guests. Rooms are not clean and smells odd.

Dear 'Tiger', I refer to the feedback provided above and found it to be rather confusing and believe you have left the wrong review for the wrong hotel during your travels of London: 1) Heating is on based on a thermostat control with individual room controls in all rooms throughout the hotel. I assume you could not understand how the controls worked and did not refer to reception by dialing 40 on your telephone as per the guidence notes in your room. 2) Intercom door entry is common in all hotels after a set time in the day, typically late night. 3) All rooms come with all modern facilities from flat screen tv's, to coffee machines and modern ensuite shower rooms which doesnt tie with your descriptions at all. 4) Staff enter rooms for light cleans daily based on door signs elected by guests - if you did not require a room clean a do not disturb sign is available on the flip side. All rooms go through a check list clean before during and after occupation with full white linen suites and fresh linen followed by a senior house keeper check. 5) The hotel was also rated Hotel of the year in Harrow 2016 by Late Rooms associated with Expedia. 6) With regards tot he rest of your comments the hotel is not family run nor is it family owned or have a related wedding venue so this is rater perplexing to both us here at the hotel and any customers reading your comments as per our lisiting. closest one i could book to northwick park hospiya

Pros: fairly local to the hospital
Location: it was not a pleasure trip
friendly reception at around 17.00 hrs, left at 07.00 next morning, spent a day at hospital ,returned at 15.00, did not move out of the room until 09.30 Weds.No one at reception, unable to retrieve copies of my bank card,or my partners, not happy about that.

Cheap Hotel at Good location

Pros: Good Location and reasonably clean
Cons: Following things missing in the rooms. Air condition, telephone, soap, shampoo. English breakfast.
Location: Good pubs, restaurants close by. Good residential neighborhood.
I had booked 2 rooms at this hotel via Expedia and with in 10 hrs , due to change of circumstances I needed to cancel my reservation, I agreed to book other hotel through Expedia but Brent Hotel management or Expedia did not help me. I will be very careful next time.
