Compared to the price I paid, it was much more than I expected. good to stay there and hope to visit again.

Mini getaway

my experience was wonderful. Stayed here for a weekend getaway with my boyfriend . We both enjoyed it and thought it was a very cozy place for a cold night . They have a pool which is well maintained and good hotel Breakfast. Microwave available in lobby,much needed since I wanted to warm Up my left over pizza after swimming . I reccomand

Almost nothing went right...

First, when I called the day before, I was promised a room with a microwave. When I checked-in, the clerk said no such room was available. Then, I discovered there were no soap bars in the room. Then, the room key stopped working. Then, I discovered there no "do not disturb" tags in the room. And the front desk clerk had none either. The room heater was loud and obnoxious and there were minimal light blocking curtains. And the toilet in the room flushed by itself when I stepped into the bathroom. Overall, a sub-par experience.

AWFUL, NOTHING WAS WORKING

Pros: Michelle was very nice at the front desk.
Cons: Where to start??
Michelle at the from desk was very nice!!! The indoor pool is not heated, the 3 machines in the gym are broken, thugs hanging out by the front desk and lobby swearing and being rude and staff did not ask them to leave as they were local friends, heater in the room was loud and did not shutoff once, ice machines are all broken, fridge/freezer in the rom was broken, wi-fi took forever to finally log on (10 minutes to find signal and failed over and over, the safety entrance to building door handle was broken so anyone could enter the hotel by just pulling the door open, toilet was not screwed down well to the floor, bed had hair in it from a previous guest, need I say more???

Location was good and the price was right

Pros: Had indoor pool and a really nice complementary breakfast. Free WiFi throughout the premises.
Cons: Indoor pool temperature was cold. Did not ask for handicapped shower, therefore, no bathtub. Ice machine was not working.
Location: About 20 minutes from new Hartford Temple (LDS).
Arrived after 1 AM, but had no problem getting checked in. No Wyndham points because reservation was made through Expedia, but on the other hand, the price was very reasonable. Complementary breakfast was very good and went from 5:30 AM to 10 AM (Saturday). Had self made waffles, scrambled egg "patties', ham, bacon, sausages, hot cereal, toast, muffins, donuts, cold cereal, yogurts, bagels with cream cheese, orange juice, other juices, milk, hard boiled eggs in refrigerator, english muffins,
