The water was freezing cold, no hot water when I went to shower. Staff at the desk was not pleasant and seemed not to care. The hotel smelled like pure weed and it states no smoking

Room smelled like smoke, as did the whole hall. Price of replacement stickers on many things in room which believes me to think it's an unsafe and sketchy area. Not as clean and up to date as it should have been.

The entire 3rd level corridor smelled like a Phish show. Other guests were very obviously blazing in their rooms. There was also little to no sound dampening for both interior and exterior noise, so you could hear noises from both the hallway and the street. Would not recommend.

I liked the frig, microwave, free breakfast, iron/board, and hairdryer. The hotel is walkable to quite a few eateries, CVS and Walgreens. Easy access to the freeway. There is always lemon water, tea and coffee available by the front desk. Everyone is polite and friendly. I would stay there again.

The rooms are a run down. Carpet and furniture was torn and very worn out. When I checked in the first room I went to had a terrible smoking oder; the second room I was given had a loud heater that hummed all night and had carpet that was torn and furniture that is torn up.

The staff are polite and friendly. The free breakfast was a plus. There is always coffee, tea and lemon water available in the lobby. Many fast food places, coffee, gas and drug stores in walking distance. I would stay there again.

We have stayed here almost every weekend for the past few months. We booked through Hotels.com and Expedia mainly. We normally get the Kung Suites but decided to do the room with the 2 Queen beds for this stay. We got room 317 and on our second morning my stepson opened a drawer and saw a roach. It was dead and we thought it may have been overlooked. That night at around midnight my Husband called me out of the restroom because he thought he saw something on the wall. I went back to the restroom and saw a couple tiny bugs by the door. He thought they were beetles but I told him they were just tiny roaches, at that time another emerged from under the sink that was larger and clearly a roach. We spoke to the front desk and they said they would check room after we leave and since we booked 3rd party there was nothing they could do and that our stay wasn't that much. (I used Hotels.com to get the best deal I used a retail me not code and each night was 85 instead of the usually 140 before fees but what does that have to do with anything?) I contacted Hotels.com via chat and was informed the hotel decides any actions and they said they found no evidence of roaches. My husband grabbed a worker and told them to come to our room and showed them the roach in the drawer. The cleaning lady was brought in and grabbed it with a glove. Some guy took a photo of the roach. I had the Hotels.com person contact hotel again now that they had actually come to the room and they refunded 1 night

Good for the cost.
It was clean. I overlooked the parking lot, not a mountain view. The heating system was very loud and went on and off all night. Was gone before breakfast, but for the cost it was a decent stay.
The mattress needed to be changed or flipped over it was higher in the middle than on the side.

Filthy. Numerous times I tried to address issues in regards to our room, bringing to their attention that our room was a non-smoking room and wreaked a cigarette smoke. Due to the smoke I wasn't able to unpack my clothes. Booked a room with a jacuzzi and was told that I did not book that room and only was I able to book that room through the hotel itself and not expedia. Absolutely uncommodating and zero satisfaction. Ultimately the hotel was absolutely filthy. Cops and fire trucks surrounded the building our second night there, absolutely unsafe. When Googling the hotel there has been numerous murders at this property. Please take this hotel off of expedia.
