Nice Fall weekend stay

Pros: The hotel location.
Location: The hotel location was convenient and close to highways, shopping, local attractions and a good variety of restaurants.
Our stay overnight was very nice when we visited the nearby Mark Twain house. The hotel location was convenient and close to highways, shopping, local attractions and a good variety of restaurants. We has a good breakfast at the hotel restaurant.

Very clean room, comfortable beds. I like that the window opens a bit to let in fresh air.

Nice hotel, great location

We are repeat customers. Really great stay in all respects-great staff, comfortable, clean rooms, good location- only complaint is that you do hear a lot from the hallway or above. Ask for a 4th floor room.

Attractive, updated hotel with a lot of amenities

Cons: The breakfast
Like all Courtyard Hotels, this one has a lot of useful amenities - free wifi, refrigerator in room, etc. It is nicer than most Courtyards due to a recent renovation. My rating would be higher but for two things. For one thing, I believe we got the worst room in the hotel. 2nd floor, right next to the elevator, and facing the drive through entrance right below us. Since we made our reservation well in advance, I don't see why we were relegated to this room. The second thing is the breakfast. Apparently, Marriott is going away from the breakfast buffet to a counter ordering system. This is not only more expensive, but also very inconvenient and time consuming. It's a shame that Marriott is going in this direction, and will make me look at other hotels in the future.

Staff was very pleasant to deal with. Room came with a decently sized clean bathroom. We had Two beds in the room that were pretty comfortable. Overall stay was nice. We came late so didn't really use the pool or any extras but it was nice to know it was included in case we wanted to.
