Priced right got a Saturday night

Cons: Include breakfast
Bunch of kids making noise across the hall...took two calls to get them to send someone up to quiet them down...small leak ? From AC unit...carpet was damp..condensation??? Told staff upon check out...room 414

Labor Day No Food Service!

Pros: The hotel is typically clean and well maintained like most of the Hilton Hotels
Cons: Yes keep the Restaurant and food services open on Labor Day this is supposed to be a Hotel I checked the Mariot across the street food available .
Location: There is nothing to do nearby this hotel is near Bradley airport in a Business Industrial Complex.
Great Hotel, great staff, great location, great amenities however my stay included Labor Day and without notice the Hotel Bar Restaurant and Food Services were unavailable. The Hotel is in an Industrail /Business Complex It was near impossible to find a restaurant near to the Hotel, I went to a grocery Store a mile and a half away and used the microwave in my room ...not bad idea but rather inconvenient as I stayed at this particular Hotel because they advertised having a restaurant and I expected to have breakfast and dinner at the Hotel. This made one day of my stay rather inconvenient. Most guests choose a Hotel for the convenience and services I had never been to a Hotel that decided to eliminate Food service for Labor Day other guests were annoyed they did have a shuttle service if one wanted to go elsewhere but people stay at Hotels for amenities and convenience!

Great to hear our friendly staff and fantastic amenities met all of your travel needs. Our apologizes for the restaurant being closed the evening of Labor Day, we do however have a 24hour complimentary shuttle service that can take you to any of local restaurants within a 5miles radius and although we are situated in a quiet location there are a multitude of great local restaurants within our vicinity. Very clean and beautiful hotel.

Everything about my stay was great except checkin. The gentleman running the front desk was tending to someone on the phone and left me standing in front of him waiting to check in. After there was about 3 other guests waiting behind me and about 10min had passed he decided to put the person on the other end on hold. Long wait for a check in that literally took a minute.

Quiet night

Very quiet, clean hotel. Restaurant was great, food very good for dinner and breakfast, and at a great price. Pool and spa area was a little disappointing, just a very small pool. Would definitely stay again.

A notch above the rest

Quick late night heck in EVERY staff we encountered at midnight was professional and accommodating. Garden inns are our preference but this one by far reaches every standards and expectation.

For the same price way better than Days Inn! Clean and nice. Workout facility and pool very small.

Cons: Nothing comes to mind.
Location: Shuttle could make drops to local restaurants. There were none in walking distance though. Would certainly stay again. Thank you.
