Nice hotel
Very nice hotel currently under renovation. Room was large. The bed was too high thus making it difficult to get on it. Being just 5’ tall I needed help getting in! Step stools need to be made available for shorter and older people. The free breakfast was very good. Stall very friendly.

To pay $275 for this room as a complete rip off! The hotel is not being renovated and kept up. Hall carpets are filthy and stained. The beds make noise everytime you move. The extra security latch on the door was broken

The staff from the time I checked in and throughout my stay were wonderful. Always had a smile for me when I came through the lobby. At the time of this review this facility was in the process of a remodel. And yet, they were still able to make my stay comfortable.

The staff were INCREDIBLY nice (the breakfast manager, the person at the front desk at night and the person at the front desk in the day). Everyone was so personable. I have never encountered that. It was great. The breakfast was also lovely. Great room. Clean. Pool was nice.

This property is currently under construction, and the front desk is closed. We arrived after dark and had to follow the signs to check in at the business center in the middle of the first floor. There was no one attending the station and we had to wait for him to arrive. Once checked in, we found that he'd given us the wrong room that missing the second bed. When we went back to get the correct room, the desk was again unmanned and we had to wait for him to come back. Check in overall took at least 45 minutes while we were tired and genuinely feeling unsafe in the space.

So disappointed in Holiday Inn
This hotel shouldn't be open - in the middle of a renovation : it smells, carpets are in terrible condition. Rooms are better - bed was comfortable and clean. Not the carpets and the bathroom wasn't so clean. wouldn't take my shoes off the time I was there.

Might be better when they actually finished remode
That’s a good place is being remodeled lobby totally closed. Hard to find out even where to go in to register my room was one that needed to be redone things falling apart little smelly, awkward elevator working half the time just not good at all today’s day didn’t get any bug so I’m happy.

It was ok. Under construction. Person who checked us in was nice. Heard after the fact from a friend that there was a fire in that hotel last week. I guess under renovation but a little pricey for under construction. Breakfast was fine. A welcome addition.

The room conditions are old. The carpet and room has an old smell to it. The "breakfast" provided was abysmal. The staff really don't care about the guests staying at the facility. Note: When we went to this establishment, the lobby was under construction. Their incompetent crew of workers apparently set the lobby on fire which caused all the guests to evacuate for hours. When we were told that we can return to our rooms (approx 4 hours later). The fire alarm was still going off. So long story short, they expected us to get our stuff and leave. When I approached the staff to inquire about the situation. A staff looked at me, and walked away.

All guests were evacuated safely and were allowed to safely return to their rooms approximately 2 hours later. We are under full renovation to make the property amazing for all guests to enjoy. I do hope you will come back and stay again.
