This is a great place to stay. Skip the fast food, the rooms are equipped with full kitchen. Pots, pans, even a toaster. They have it all. Great staff that has mastered customer service.

This was the worst experience I have ever had at a hotel. They claimed that I had reserved a room for a disabled guest. I had not. There was nothing indicating that the room was reserved for disabled guests, although the listing did state that the room had accessible accommodations. My problem was not with the room being for disabled guests, and I told them that I would happily accept a similar room that did not have accommodations for disabled guests. My primary concern was with safety. The room that they wanted to offer me was in the back of the building where there were substantial concerns with safety because of the isolation and low lighting on the property and because the area was not the best in terms of safety. Being in the back of the building during very early hours when I would be leaving posed substantial concern for me. The hotel insisted that I could only have a room for disabled and could not have a room with the same configuration that was not disabled. They also refused to refund the room, which I actually did NOT want to do. I merely wanted a room that was safer. Expedia spoke with the hotel to see if there was any way they could give me a room with the same bed configuration but that was not for disabled so that I could be in a different part of the hotel that didn't pose a danger. They insisted that my reservation was for a disabled room, and that was the only type room they would offer me. I ended up leaving and getting a room elsewhere and losing $$$

I like the overall quality of the hotel, the location, located near to restaurants and other fast food places. I did not like the razor thin walls. Our room was on the lower level and the upstairs guest made noise throughout the night into the early hours of the morning until we fell asleep.

This is my second time coming here prior to flying out of BDL, with my kids and wife. We have enjoyed our stay each time! The shuttle service is also very convenient.

Spacious rooms and great hospitality. We had to walk from one end of the property to the other in the snow in order to get breakfast. There should be more area for parking near the dining area. Otherwise it was a great experience.

I arrived after midnight in January. The night clerk was accommodating but she didn’t realize nor did I that the odd # Rooms of building 2 faced the parking lot. I had taken a shuttle, thus not in a parking lot. After wandering around we finally figured it out. She was very nice to come outside in the freezing cold and snow covered walkway to make sure I got headed in the right direction. My room was 2105

We had a great stay but the doors the the room slam shut and are very loud. We also listened to a woman who seemed like she was a manager of some sort complain about another guess outside our door and call him and f ahole. Lovely woman. Upon check I was asked what brings me into town and I said that I was getting married and the desk agent says "on a Monday?." I believe it was the same woman from the hall convo. She seems like a pleasant person to work there, she shouldn't be working with people.

I booked a king room and they overbooked the property and stuck me in a double bed. Didnt recieve anything for their mess up just stuck us in room with smaller beds which is not what i paid for

The rooms were spacious. The kitchen didn't have many dishes. The bathrooms needs improvements, broken toilet paper holder, toilet doesn't flush well, tub didn't drain. The size of rooms and location were great.

Asked about the elevator upon check in because we had very heavy luggage and we’re booked into a room on an upper floor. Clerk said yes, when we got into the building elevator wasn’t working. We had to carry out bags up 3 flights of stairs in the dark.

When we arrived, the gentleman at the desk was very friendly. When we got to our room, there was a strong propane smell in the room that did eventually disappear. We were only given keys to one of our rooms. The door in between the king suite and the 2 double beds rom was locked and they had to send someone up to unlock it. He did not bring the right keys, so he had to go back to his office to get them. We had arrived there around 11 because we went to the equine affaire in west Springfield MA, and the fantasia show didn’t end until 10ish. And with needing them needing to send someone up, we did not get to sleep until after midnight. The food was very dry, and not what I expect with how nice the facility looked.
