Comfortable and VERY convenient to airport

This was perfect for our overnight stay before an early flight. The staff were very friendly, the room was in great condition, and we were very comfortable. I was amazed to hear that they offered their free breakfast starting at 4 AM - I've never encountered that in a hotel, and I was impressed at what a sensible policy that is for an airport hotel. I would definitely recommend this to others.

Hotel is nice, clean and accomodating

Pros: Clean, parking, rate was fair
Hotel was nice. Breakfast begins at 4:30am which was a nice touch and went through 10am. The choices were on the fewer choice side however the room was clean. No USA today as is typical in these hotels. The room was clean, quiet, had a microwave and a fridge. The room was functional and comfortable though on the minimilist side.

Convenient and Clean

Being right next to the Hartford airport it was very convenient at 11:30 pm when I arrived. Renovations were recently completed and it was well done. Room was just enough for a business traveler who is in for a minimum stay.

Coffee pot must work

At 4:00 am, i should not have to chase hotel staff for coffee. It must work. Take care of basics. Please.

close to airport

Pros: rooms great clean, quiet, convenient to airport
Location: restaurants, quick access to airport
have stayed at this hotel numerous times prior to early flights out of Bradley airport. They have recently renovated and the place looks great. They are still finishing the lobby. Our room was very nice , new furnishings and carpets.

Hotel very close to BDL

You can take the free shuttle from BDL to this hotel. They have free breakfast in the morning. The beds are comfortable. The bathrooms are small. You can hear doors slamming when people leave their rooms in the hallway.

I was not informed they were remodeling

Pros: The bed felt new and was comfortable.
We happen to pick the week that they were remodeling the building which was really annoying! No sleeping in :-( We stayed here for a week and in the future we will probably stay somewhere else. The continental breakfast was pretty disappointing. Basically, make your own waffle and cereal was the majority of it. The "fitness center" was also pretty disappointing and consisted of a treadmill, stationary bike, an elliptical, and that's it!

Hotel renovations

Lobby and elevator filled with equipment, debris, etc. Was a bit scary to ride elevator with ceiling open and wires exposed. Staff friendly, accommodating. Room was very comfortable and clean

The hotel was undergoing extensive renovation and when the fire alarms woke us we were not informed of what was happening despite the smoke filling the hallways! When I called to ask if we needed to leave I was told that they'd let us know when the fire department arrived! Never again.
