No complementary parking

Posted Apr 20, 2016
Pros: Bed sheets and towels were clean.
Cons: Complimentary parking and customer service. The two people I interacted with could have been more attentive.
Be prepared to pay for parking. In my opinion this hotel should offer complementary parking for its guests.

Dear Belem, Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback on your recent stay with us. We do want to assure you that we are the least expensive of all major chain hotels in the downtown area. The parking fee is also advertised on all third party websites. I will address your concerns with regarding the staff to make immediate changes. We hope you will allow us to serve you again in the future and see the improvements we are making.

there are better choices, stay away

Posted Apr 16, 2016
Pros: location is good
Cons: renovate, replace carpet, wending machines and so on
the hotel is clearly outdated. the rooms description is quite misleading, for example "deep soaking bathtub" is only deep enough if you planning to soak a cat. The room was almost clean Also, don't forget to read a small print about additional hotel charges, like $17 for parking!

Dear Felix, Thank you for providing feedback on your recent stay with us. We are disappointed to see we fell short in many areas during your recent stay with us. We are currently working on a capital improvement plan to address the conditional issues you mentioned. In fact, we are hoping to begin renovations in the next few months. We apologize that the parking fee is in "small print", but it is the only way in which we are able to advertise the fee on Expedia. We do hope you will allow us to serve you again in the future and see the improvements we are making. Safe Travels!

According to your rating it looks like we fell short of your expectations during your recent stay with us, but are unsure in what areas we could have made improvements during your stay as there is no additional information. It does look like you found check-in to be quick and friendly which I will be sure to pass along to them. We do hope you will allow us to serve you again the future. Safe Travels!

Old run and run! Beware of all night construction

Posted Mar 24, 2016
There is a major construction site located right next to the hotel, noise from this site continued all night long!! Dump trucks and tractors running and dumping loads throughout the night. Do not stay in an odd numbered room period!!

We are sorry to hear of your unsatisfactory experience during your stay. It is unfortunate when situations like this arise with new building next door. We take every precaution to make sure that all guests are affected as little as possible. We hope you will consider us again when you are in the area.

Pros: Not much.
Cons: Having vending and ice machines on odd/even floors is an inconvenience. Having locks checked as part of daily housekeeping would be a good idea.
I arrived at @10:37p to a line at the front desk and a single, pleasant but overwhelmed desk agent (Clover, great young lady!) doing her best with a line of arrivals and a phone ringing nonstop. I overheard her tell another arriving guest the bar and room service closed at 10:30 (bad news for me after a 4-hour drive). The door on my room did not close or lock without effort/slamming and the room should not have been in service. I was moved to a second room where there was TP in the toilet bowl, but the bathroom otherwise appeared to be clean. There was a long hair on my sheet, on the side of the bed when I pulled the cover back, and there appeared to be a nutshell on the carpet next to the bed. Overall, the desk staff was pleasant, but the rest of my stay was disappointing.

For a short stay, it was pleasant

Posted Mar 14, 2016
Pros: The proximity to the downtown attractions was great especially the access to the free Dash shuttle as well as the hotel shuttle.
Cons: The signage leading to the hotel from the highway at street level.
The expected amenities were comfortable, check-in and check-out were quick and efficient. The few staff we encountered were courteous and helpful.

For its location definitely one of the cheaper hotels. stayed on the 10th floor pretty cool view of the highway. room was clean no issues. Front desk was very pleasant. Seemed kind of empty almost like we were the only ones on the entire floor. wifi worked good. would definitely stay again.
