I was not satisfied with the room. It was not clean, the bed did not look freshly made, and the room had a bad odor. The building and especially its carpets looked horrible. I returned my keys to the front desk. Even at 1pm I decided not to stay in that horrible room. I’ve stayed at other roadside properties and was satisfied. I don’t expect it to be the Hilton yet this property looked much worse than an hourly motel on Figueroa Blvd in Los Angeles.

Switched rooms twice first room had towels on the floor an unflushed ropier and smelled like smoke second room has bugs on the bed

The room was not handicap accessible fully and you could barely get in the bathroom-definitely not alone-it wasn’t even safe. It was hard to maneuver around the doors and tight areas. Closet door wouldn’t close/broken which blocked the way. Lamp broken, electrical socket rippped Out of wall and dangling. Dirty floors. There was a rock and small end table put against the adjoining room door as if to block it. Never again
