“Upon arrival at this house we were greeted with an unkempt lawn and a key pad that would not unlock the house. Once inside we were blasted with a stale, moldy, old-smoke smell. Upon further inspection, we found hair in the shower and on the back of the toilet. One of the toilets was most definitely not cleaned as it had poop on the sides of the bowl. The sinks were dirty and one of the handles was actually off kilter and filth surrounded it. there were a great deal of spider webs with……

“Host did not send keypad entry code. I sent four messages, through the VRBO app, over the course of 5-6 hours asking for the code with no response. I went to the rental to inquire with another building resident and she also could not reach the host. I had to book a hotel for the night, or drive 4 hours home and miss the second day of my business conference.”

“Very clean, new, and sparkling apartment! Our host thought of everything! Even a dishwasher! We didnt need an extra heater as the apt. Was toasty warm and dry. Clean white towels, soap, shampoo and body wash all supplied. ”

“There is a garage but it had a snowbank plowed in front of it so we could not park in it. There is no hot tub or smart tv as listed. The tv wouldnt even turn on i went and bought an extension cord because nothing in the plug in was working, turned out the plug had no power. Pots and pans are in bad shape. Only had 2 towels for our group. I did message the property and asked about getting additional towels and about the tv but got no response. There was old dried up flowers in vases we had to……

“We had the most incredible stay. Our host didn’t miss a beat. We had absolutely everything we needed, the house was super clean and cozy and full of amazing amenities, we lacked for nothing. My granddaughters couldn’t stop raving about the place. 1000 times recommend. It was beyond perfect and wonderful. We will definitely be back!”

“What a great spot. Everything as advertised. Actually could have advertised even better. Loved outdoor shower. Which had great supply of hot water my granddaughter who came for a day thought it was the greatest thing ever. Everything thought of carefully. Blankets Extreamly clean towels little things like immediate need tea coffee fully equipped kitchen with good quality utensils. Fire wood for the night. WOW element. ”

“Beautiful apartment decorated by an artist, I’m sure. Walking distance to downtown. Lovely and warm even though it was snowing. Host are super friendly and helpful. ”

“In town for the weekend, this was a great place to spend the night. Clean, spacious and had a private entrance and check in. Sandy was amazing, super pleasant to communicate with and I felt welcomed from the time I stepped through the door, to the time I checked out. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit.
