We were there for a wedding so everything was fine except car parking as we we were staying over the night and had to move the car after six which was in the middle of the meal

Central location. Breakfast available at an additional cost. Nice and hot as it was cooked to order. We ate in the Mumbai one night good food and they were able to cater for me as I don't like spicy food.

Pros: very central
Cons: the hall way carpets are loose and could cause an accident if someone falls.
Location: plenty of shops and bars around and also near the marina
I was recommended by my family to stay there as they use it from Scotland when visiting hartlepool

Nice Hotel close to town centre

Pros: It's close to the town centre.
Cons: It could do with an update.
Nice old hotel very friendly staff. Some of it needs an update as it's showing it age. Nice breakfast.

5pm on a Saturday night there appeared to be no hot water for a shower. 2 other rooms from my group reported the same thing so as we were time limited had to suffer cold showers Room was clean but as I had paid for an executive suite I felt rather ripped off. All I got was a bare family room. Tv too small for the size of it. Other locations that iv stayed in an executive suite have had small couches etc making it more comfortable. I was due to attend the Party night and as a result guests where eligible for a discount on their rate but as I had booked through expedia I did not qualify however having our group organiser previously spoken to the hotel to confirm I would recieve the discount I found it very annoying that no communication had been placed on my reservation and had to pay full amount. Breakfast was nice and had everything you would need, choice of full English, cereal, continental etc but needs modernising in the way it was presented. At 10 am they sharply cleared everything away when there were guests still finishing their breakfast It should be that guests arent allowed to enter the dining room not that you aren't allowed to have anything else except coffee. I went to check out and informed the receptionist that I had had to have yet another cold shower and I recieved "I will let housekeeping know" no apology or compensation for this major inconvenience. Nice place will not stay again unless complete refurb and modernisation is completed. left feeling short chan
