It was very nice and quiet. It was close to the airport. Happy hour and light snacks added a great touch to the amenities.

We made a reservation through Expedia for 4 days. When we arrived, the employee at the front desk said that we were in the computer with a reservation for 4 days but they didn’t have a room as they were oversold. The employee said she would be right back and went into a back room. Returned an hour later and said they weren’t going to honor our reservation as others continued to check in while we were denied a room. Save yourself some time.. book with someone else

We booked a double queen room. We got a king. We waited in line for checking in for 30 minutes. We waited in line for cocktails for 30 minutes. We asked about their dinner menu. They said we have to order at the bar, again, with at least a 30 minute wait in line Worst service ever. 1 bartender. I will never book another Embassy Suites room again. Super overpriced. Poor value.

Wasn't given the room I booked, wanted me to put my kids on a pull out bed, it was terrible. Brown and Black stuff was spilled all over it. So then they split my family up into multiple rooms. I called before booking and asked them if the indoor pool was heated, they advised me it was. Then the pool was cold as ice, the front desk told me oh no its not heated. My family was without a room for almost an entire day. Then we all left and came back for breakfast and was locked out of our room. Took maintenance forever to come get into our room, making us late for different things. I will never I repeat never stay at this location again and will advise everybody I know to stay clear. I talked to multiple people at this hotel and they experienced similar issues.

Shuttle service is terrible Driver asking to pay for shuttle at airport when it was included Next Shuttle driver did not bother stopping at the airport and had to take a Uber Drivers not interested and willing to shuttle between Hilton properties

I liked the convenance of how close to the airport we where. I did not like the scan and park because we kept having to hit the call button to get out. Overall I loved the hotel, the cleanliness and the staff. Wonderful!

Very very very disappointed booked this location specifically for the indoor pool. Got checked in, went straight to the pool, and it was so cold you couldn't even enjoy it. I am upset because I ask before checking in if the pool was in working order. I have a very upset grandchild!

Very convenient to the airport. Transportation was timely and driver was very friendly and welcoming. Property was very clean. The only downside was the indoor pool was ice cold. I would definitely stay her again.

The property was clean and the staff was helpful. Great free breakfast. The evening manager’s reception was a plus. We enjoyed the cocktails. We didn’t like having to pay for parking. I did see that most hotels around the airport and downtown Atlanta charged a parking fee though. We had an electric car and they did not have a charging station. That would have been helpful. We would stay here again.

I was able to get in my room early, I came in for the day for a college visit- Being up at 3am for 5 am flight, I was able to freshen up before the appointment. Updated facility... the staff was welcoming & very helpful Parking wasn't free... Manager Reception had great drink options, snacks were ehhh I still Lovevthe Embassy Suute brand

Booked this as a weekend getaway for the family. We planned to just relax and lounge around the pool. I called before booking to make sure that the pool was functional and was assured it was good. We were coming from very cold weather and really looking forward to enjoying ourselves. The pool was ice cold. I found out from the desk attendant that the heater has been out for a while and they are waiting on a part to fix it. When I asked why this wasn’t told to me when I asked before booking two days prior and was told “You can still go in it, it’s just going to be cold” Seriously? It was unsafe. On top of that, when we tried to purchase snacks from the store area, we were told that they would only take cash. We did not have any on hand so we left empty handed with some very disappointed kids. The hotel is nice and clean, but unless they do some improvements in being more customer friendly and having the amenities that they advertise, I would not recommend.
