Hotel Stay

Pros: The hotel looked nice, was very clean and the beds were very comfortable.
Cons: Front desk staff needs to be more sympathetic and compassionate especially when there's nothing they can do about a situation.
The hotel was nice but one particular staffer was rude and unsympathetic when I asked to extend our stay due to hurricane Irma. Due to this emergency situation many people had evacuated to the area thus there were no hotel rooms available anywhere. So I knew that an extension would be remote but when I asked if there was anything that could be done she said you could check back to see if there was a cancelation. So I asked when was a good time to call she said to just call whenever to keep checking, kind of a hit or miss situation. I thought it was weird to ask me to just keep calling back. I was at least hoping she would say, I'm sorry we have no rooms available but I do understand your situation and will let you know immediately if and when we have a cancelation. Instead she just got really irritated with me and I had to insist that she takes my name and number to call me if someone canceled. She did so reluctantly therefore I knew that call would never come and it didn't.

Nice hotel close to the airport.

This hotel is conveniently located near the Atlanta airport and has spacious rooms. I thought the room was nice but the bathroom area could have been better cleaned.

Airport on the runway

If you are going to put a hotel in the runway, put better window in it. Also, you should move the smoking lounge away from the front door. The walls were pretty banged-up in the small sitting area behind the occasional chair - should be touched-up by maintenance. Lastly. If you are going to charge $75 for a pet fee you should make sure that the room is free if chocolate candy on the floor. Had a near miss with our door eating this chocolate.

Classy Hotel

Staff is well trained, very helpful and extremely friendly. Loved the room, breakfast service was good and bar service and drinks were excellent.

Close to ATL airport w/ Shuttle

Pros: HOTEL COLOR SCHEME
Cons: RESTAURANT -- MAKE IT TRULY ONE & GET A NEW COOK - STOP BAKING EVERYTHING!

Room & staff were wonderful! 5 year old hotel!! - Restaurant should not be called Restaurant, more a limited snack stop. Hotel is gorgeous!!!

Steer Clear of Indigo Hotel Atlanta Airport

Our first time at this flag, I had high hopes. The hotel was very noisy - clearly an upgrade of a previous use, the windows did a poor job of insulating air traffic. Very disappointed in the condition of our room - deferred maintenance on shower - poor caulking, seals on door failing, paint flaking, body hairs on bathroom and shower floors, used towel hanging on back of bathroom door. Looked like a flophouse. Management did comp our meal, which was appreciated. The food choices were sparse - out of several things on the menu despite our being the only group dining, but the food was good enough. I'm steering clear of the Indigo Hotel brand in the future. Poor performance for price paid, albeit only 5 minutes from the airport.
