Hotel Stay

Pros: The hotel looked nice, was very clean and the beds were very comfortable.
Cons: Front desk staff needs to be more sympathetic and compassionate especially when there's nothing they can do about a situation.
The hotel was nice but one particular staffer was rude and unsympathetic when I asked to extend our stay due to hurricane Irma. Due to this emergency situation many people had evacuated to the area thus there were no hotel rooms available anywhere. So I knew that an extension would be remote but when I asked if there was anything that could be done she said you could check back to see if there was a cancelation. So I asked when was a good time to call she said to just call whenever to keep checking, kind of a hit or miss situation. I thought it was weird to ask me to just keep calling back. I was at least hoping she would say, I'm sorry we have no rooms available but I do understand your situation and will let you know immediately if and when we have a cancelation. Instead she just got really irritated with me and I had to insist that she takes my name and number to call me if someone canceled. She did so reluctantly therefore I knew that call would never come and it didn't.

Nice hotel close to the airport.

This hotel is conveniently located near the Atlanta airport and has spacious rooms. I thought the room was nice but the bathroom area could have been better cleaned.

Airport on the runway

If you are going to put a hotel in the runway, put better window in it. Also, you should move the smoking lounge away from the front door. The walls were pretty banged-up in the small sitting area behind the occasional chair - should be touched-up by maintenance. Lastly. If you are going to charge $75 for a pet fee you should make sure that the room is free if chocolate candy on the floor. Had a near miss with our door eating this chocolate.

Very close to the Hartford Airport, which is what we were looking for. The late night drive to the hotel made me wonder what type of neighborhood I was driving into, but all in all, in the light of day, it was ok. Very clean room, great shower, ten minute drive to the airport.

Business Trip

Very clean, comfortable, upscale hotel but they had a obvious staffing problem. one guy running the bar, restaurant, and room service. As well, no driver for the shuttle van leaving me waiting at the airport for 45 mins. Good thing I called to see what was going on. To their credit the hotel covered the cost of my taxi. Hopefully they resolve this soon :)

Terrible Day Staff - Great Night Staff

The clerk at check-in, Alexis, was super friendly and worked fast. The bartender/waiter was amazing though he never stopped moving. The area seemed to be understaffed with him working all the orders at the bar, restaurant and room service. However, the next morning I went to make coffee in the room and noticed I only had decaf. I tried multiple calls to have it restocked but the lady who handled it was solo as the waiter from the night before and could not answer the phone. When I called the desk, they transferred me there again and it went to a message saying there was no answer. Then I called back and the front desk lady said she would go see about it and put me on hold. I was on hold for 15 minutes and never heard back from her. I had to go downstairs just to get coffee. When I approached the front desk lady, she denied having done and swore she transferred me over there again. She was very combative and not helpful, which is TERRIFYING since her boss was standing right next to her and did not care.

Not upfront - not good service to customers

We were told their was a shuttle to the airport both before we booked and after check in- woke up early to take shuttle only to find out they only go to domestic and not international !? They are right next to each other it's ridiculous - they should have told us they only offer domestic shuttle would have saved us a ton of time and headache-so last minute we had to change all our plans to try and make it on time -
