This hotel is super convenient if you only need a night or two and want to be at the airport. While it does not have a full service restaurant, just across the courtyard you can go to a hotel that does. My only complaint is the towels in the bathroom are the worst quality I have ever had. They will definitely rough up your skin a bit if not careful!

This hotel is perfect if you need to get to the ATL airport. Staff was friendly and the room was great. My main complaint is that the toilet was so loud when you flushed, like an airplane toilet, and with it being right in front of the bed it will certainly wake someone up.

Sink was clogged. Maintenance took care of the day we told the front desk while we were out and about. The AC unit would only work for about 15 minutes and then would error out. Nobody fixed it and our stay was warm during the night causing someone to get up and reset the AC during the night multiple times. Otherwise would have been a good stay. Conveniently connected to the airport with a free short Skyline train ride.

Staff were friendly, room was clean, but the AC kept turning off and was difficult to program which made for a difficult night sleeping. And the coffee pot would not turn on, and was plugged in behind the millwork so I couldn’t even troubleshoot.

I liked the location, especially the SkyTrane transport to ATL airport. The staff that I interactied with was the true meaning of Georgia hospitality. I will definately be staying there again in the future.

Easy access from airport sky train. No restaurant in hotel. Parking $40 per day. Close to META train so a car would not be necessary. Clean rooms comfy beds. Hotel breakfast as expected nothing fancy.

There was mold behind the mirror and on the ceiling above the shower and door in bathroom. A used washcloth was still in the room. The staff was friendly and helpful, but the room could have been cleaned a little better.

When I booked this hotel I didn’t realize how convenient it was to the Atlanta Airport. It is easily accessible by the train to the parking. Once there I found the staff very helpful as I arrived as a single woman at 1 am. The breakfast was hot and the most complete I have seen at a motel or hotel. SpringHill suites has won my business!

I booked this hotel for the airport sky train. It was super convenient. Staff was friendly and the room was comfortable and clean. There was only one snafu… we were on the 6th floor and the elevator stopped working and we had to use the stairs with our luggage (11pm). That said, it was working the next morning.

It’s minor but There was no pool, the parking was not free and no restaurant on site apparently those things are offered at the hotel across the street with the same name…

Ideally placed by the Skytrain (50 yds away).Pleasant staff. The morning receptionist informed us that as we were flying with Delta, we could check in our international flight at the domestic terminal, saving us a good hour, and not having to take a shuttle bus. Great local knowledge .

This is great for an overnight before a flight. Quiet comfortable and clean. Parking is convenient but DO NOT forget your room key for coming and going… swipe in and out is a little much
