"The Lake House was lovely, with a wonderful lakeside setting and comfortable accommodations. The restaurant is also quite nice. It is convenient to Glimmerglass, Cooperstown, and Utica for a pleasant stay. The biggest downside is that Richmond Springs has very limited dining options, especially for dinner."

"Pets are allowed which is a huge plus. The room was very clean, the ice machine worked, the staff was friendly, and it was near Walmart and a few resturants. We were very satisfied."

"The hotel was dated, a little bit of mold in the shower area, but overall, I would stay again. The staff was very pleasant, and the breakfast was good in the morning."

"Super clean and large room for me and my husband. Breakfast was delicious. Husband enjoyed the pool. Bed was super comfortable. Of note: I reserved a handicapped accessible room because I am wheelchair bound. The key items missing from the handicapped room are grab bars on either side of the toilet, and the shower had a threshold that my wheelchair couldn't navigate. Otherwise it was a great stay."

"The Staff are friendly and offer to help even before you ask. Rooms were good size and have all you need included. Pool is clean and breakfast area is well stocked and restocked constantly."
