“I knew we were in trouble when I saw the carpet in the hallway. In the room the floor was sticky. Every step in the room we could hear our shoes peeling off of the floor. The shower was dirty. I had to wear crocs in there. The baseboards were filthy. There were streaks of varying colors on the walls. It had a heavy, sour/sweet weird smoky smell. We asked if we could move rooms but we couldn’t until the next day. I will say the towels were clean and plentiful. The female staff were friendly and……

“They had a double queen bed listed and after I booked and drove there they told me they don’t have those rooms available AND I’m still being charged trying to find my refund.”

“The place was very clean and the room was very comfortable and easy to relax in. I felt safe there and was able to not worry about being rushed out. I would recommend this place to my friends and family.”

“Stayed 5 nights. Only 2 nights I was able to sleep through the night. Night 1, woman yelling in hallway and her kids were running and screaming at 2:30am. Night 2, neighbors and kids were in the hallway talking loud and digging through bags with Styrofoam boxes in them. Night 4, neighbor was in and out of their room ALL NIGHT, they had the latch flipped to prop door open and the door shut hard causing it to bounce off the latch eache time they came in and out. The also had their music on phone……

“Clear room Good air condition”

“Don’t plan to use the pool! It’s “under construction”. Don’t plan to sit on the lobby to play games or just hang out unless you like to sit in 82 degree temps when it’s 85 outside. The thermostat was set at that! Staff would constantly ask what room you was in. Will not be staying again.”

“The facilities are not bad, gas station near by. The sound insulation is not good. Wifi connections are sometimes interrupted.”

“The hotel was clean and the staff were amazing and very helpful. However, I did not feel safe during my stay, and in my opinion, it is not the right hotel for families.”

“Stayed for two nights with my family. The floors were sticky and dirty. AC kept throwing ice in the room. The water temperature was not consistent, you would be in the middle of a shower and it would get hotter then colder before going back to what you set it to. The room itself had a faint cigarette smoke smell to it. On the second day, I had to go to the front desk because my key didn’t work anymore and when we entered the room, housekeeping didn’t come in so there was still trash in the bin……

“Super bad customer w. Building hd no electricity”

“I overheard lots of guest complaining about mold in their rooms. My room was okay. You could tell the hotel is behind on upgrades and painting. The pool was okay. The pool needs a better cleaning system and the grounds around the pool needs to be redone. I didn’t make it to breakfast. The ice machines were all broken besides the 1st floor I believe.”

“Rooms were updated and spacious, which was really what we needed. The hallway carpet was very dingy. All in all, it was what we needed for the price and had a great experience.”
