The hot tub and pool area are very nice. The front desk and bar employees very nice and personable.

Check in was great. The hot tub water was not very hot and dirty looking. The pool was a little cold, it's an open area to the pool. Closes at 10 but we had people yelling and jumping in at 1 during our stay. Located next to shopping options. Easy to find. Spacious room. They have a bar by the pool open 4-10 with food options. Lady working there was super friendly.

I enjoyed my stay tremendously, Mr. Wayne was very welcoming and even made my stay better by fixing my accommodations when it was incorrect. He also told great stories on New Orleans as well. He decorated the hotel himself and have to say the extra touch made my stay even better. The cleaning staff were on point daily coming in cleaning my room. It was wonderful coming back for the hotel breakfast to find my room clean and bed remade. THAT'S SERVICE. Speaking about the breakfast delicious all around and love the to go containers especially since Christmas staff had the day off so was able to still have a hot breakfast Christmas morning. THE ONLY ISSUE WAS NO TV CONNECTION AT ALL VERY DISAPPOINTING due to my disability sometime I have down time and watching tv helps take my mind off the pain. Mr. Wayne explained that the hotel changed their service from REGULAR COX TO COX Fiber Optic apparently they need to RECONSIDER THIS SERVICE. AS THEY DIDN’T ECEN HAVE THE RAIN EXCUSE plus my friend lived 5 minutes away with regular COX service and had no interruption. Hopefully when I visit again in the summer the TV will be working. Yes, despite the TV I will be visiting again.

Fishing Trip to Jean Lafitte. Great Place
Great place to stay with everything. Breakfast in the morning was awesome, little courtyard bar to watch the games and have a cold drink, next door is barrow's rest with very good food. So didn't need to travel far after coming back from the day fishing on the water. Front desk check in was Perfect, young man told me everything I needed to know. Room was Perfect, big king size bed,TV and channels and right outside the door is the pool and jacuzzi areas. I would Highly Recommend it if you are needing to south of NOLA for a fishing trip.

I left a piece of jewelry in my room when I checked out - called the hotel from the airport and the hotel sent it to my home in Seattle. It was above and beyond what the staff needed to do. What a great bunch of people and I can't thank them enough. Stay here - you will be in good hands!

Night clerk and house keeping poor
The night clerk was less than helpful. I did not care for his attitude when I asked for new bedsheets since the house keeping staff did not put any on the other room's bed I had booked. I kept telling him it was for the other room I booked and not the room I was calling from. When we got back, there were queen bedsheets in our bedroom when we needed king sheets for the other room!

Clean and comfortable. The courtyard is beautiful. Nice pool, jacuzzi, and outside bar. Breakfast had hot and cold options. The restaurant next door is great. Very comfortable beds.

Was worried by looks of surrounding area, but hotel was nice. The only complaints were that the pool was closed & I wish the jacuzzi had smaller steps on 1 side for mobility challenged guests. Staff was friendly. Lobby smelled wonderful & I would love to know what they used. Barrow’s restaurant is phenomenal

There is no way to charge devices as the plugs did not work in the room. The appliances did not work, namely the refrigerator. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was good. I especially enjoyed they had someone serving so not to worry about kids playing over the food. The hotel was really far from New Orleans but it was close enough to not complain. Very expensive for the type property and the issues that came with it.
